TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Hotels mentioned above are subject to availability at the time of Confirmation otherwise an

alternative will be provided.

2. We require 30% Advance at the time of Confirmation & Balance payment will be 10 days

prior to arrival of the guest.3. If reservation is done within 30 days, full payment needs to be done out of which 10% is non

refundable.

4. Our vehicles are not allowed in Bumla Pass sightseeing.

5. My Voyage reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability

6. Cancellation Charges: 21 Days prior to arrival 30 %/15 Day 70%/07 Days Full Retention,

7. A flat processing fee of Rs. 10% on the total amount will be applicable for all booking

cancelled after confirmation.

8. Note: During winter sometimes client might have to hire CHAIN JEEPS for Madhuri Lake and

PTSO Lake at Tawang due to snowfall. The expenses will have to be paid by clients.
