Dear learner,

In view of the complete lockdown to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, the University has decided to undertake ICT enabled measures for providing learner support.

In furtherance of this initiative, as the last date to submit the assignments is 30th April 2020, in order to facilitate you to submit the assignments and to apply for the June-2020 Term End Exam before due date, you may submit scanned copies of handwritten assignments through email to the respective Study Centre email with a copy to the Regional Centre email.

Log on to IGNOU Website (www.ignou.ac.in) and download the assignment question papers.

If you have opted for the printed Study Materials and not yet received the same, please log on to www.egyankosh.ac.in to download the soft copy of the study materials.

Once you submit the assignments please log on to IGNOU Website (www.ignou.ac.in) to apply for Term End Exam-June 2020.

1. As per your Study Centre CODE e.g. if “1301”, send scanned copy of your assignments to the Email ID mentioned against your STUDY CENTRE CODE (as reflected in your Registration Details) in the list of email IDs attached herewith. Put a copy of the same to Regional Centre email ID.

2. If you do not find your Study Centre Email ID, then send your assignments directly to the above Email ID ([email protected] ). But in such a case, WITHOUT FAIL – mention your Study Centre Code alongwith your Enrolment No. and Programme Code.

Further, you are hereby informed to follow the below given instructions carefully in order to smoothen the process of Assignment processing and Evaluation at Study centre level.

1. The assignments should be neatly hand written and AFTER SCANNING, THE DOCUMENT MUST BE CLEARLY READABLE for evaluation.

2. While sending the mail, in the subject line, indicate the Enrollment number and the Programme code (for example:2000001234, MEG)

3. The scanned copies of the assignments should be sent separately for each course (paper) in a separate pdf file and the file name should indicate the ENROLMENT NUMBER FOLLOWED BY THE COURSE CODE; for example.if your Enrolment no. is 2000001234, and your Course Code is MEG1, then your PDF filename should be:

4. The first page of each assignment should be in the prescribed format appended below.
