Co-‐Founder • A non profit organization providing solar technology based lighting solutions to un-‐electrified villages in the interiors of India • Established an inclusive value chain by employing paraplegic and deaf-‐mute individuals in the assembly of solar devices • Recruited and led a team of approx. 120 students, to address the twin challenges of providing a basic amenity to the rural
