Topic - Effects of Trichoderma on Two plants, Pigeonpea & Tomato Description: Isolation of fungi from soil Culture of Trichoderma viride Study of plant growth of Pigeon pea using Trichoderma

viride culture & growth of Tomato in Trichoderma viride incorporated soil

Conclusion: Isolations were performed using garden soil, & large

number of bacteria and fungi were isolated The green colored culture of Trichoderma viride was

selected for further use Maize meal medium was used in the experiment Growth of Tomato was found better when Trichoderma

was grown in to saw dust Growth of pigeonpea was more in Trichoderma

inoculums associated with sawdust + wood chips. Trichoderma can be used as bio fertilizer
