Driving channel and providing Support to acquisition team through contest, drives & campaign. Designing of new product (on CASA) to cater to the requirement of changing customer needs across different regions and markets. Monitoring branch performance against set objective and designing measure to improve it. Reviewing and monitoring of branch performance against defined benchmark. Increased CASA Number to three times within two months of Joining in HO as Product Manager through CASA Campaign and contest. From average of 1200 accounts per month to 3500 accounts per month now. Achieved 150 % of Avg CASA Target of the channel in FY14-15.
Achieved 100% of Insurance Target of the channel in FY 14-15. Was able to increase productivity of frontline staff by 40% through product training, coaching, mentoring and providing them the customized product offering. Was able to bring traction on CASA Value in branches with launch of campaign. Successfully lead the project of PMJDY (Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana) at our Bank and did record 58000 Accounts through the channel.
