DESCRIPTION
Chidgagana Chandrika is a tantric work by Kalidasa. The question was raised of its authorship being ascribed to the famous poet Kalidasa. The authorship was confirmed in unequivocal terms by Sri Trivikrama Tirtha of Bengal and independently by the famous Vedic pandit of Konaseema (East Godavari District, Andhra) Brahmasri Karra Agnihotra Sastri. A Commentary Divya Chakorika is presented, in addition to an English translation by Sri Saripella Vishwanatha Sastry of Hyderabad. The sanskrit used is of very high calibre and reflects the scholarship of the Pandit Karra Agnihotra Sastry.
