o Passport size photograph (in jpeg format) of the applicant.

o Self-declaration of relationship with the deceased Brahmin.

Selection process

• Scrutinising, short-listing and finalisation of applications shall be done by the State Level

Selection Committee (SLSC):

• Financial assistance of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) will be credited online to the SB

Accounts of selected applicants.

• State Level Committee is authorised to make exceptions in the eligibility / selection process and

their decision will be final.
