    FINDINGS

    y Most of the farmers want to do organic farming but there isno proper alternative products are available in the marketwhich farmer can get good result.

    y Farmers are taking regular spraying as per the schedule.T hey dont see whether there is attack of any pest or disease.

    y Farmers are using very large quantity of chemical fertilizer and pesticides .

    y Farmer wants to show result of the product first and after

    that they think about the purchase of the product.y C ompanys products are not available in the local market or nearest market.

    y Farmer in the Mahabaleshwar area is not aware about the product and result of the product.

    y T here is great opportunity of doing business in the Mahabaleshwar area.y Some farmers are very interested to purchase of organic pesticide.y

    Farmers are varying trust in distributor or retailer.T

    hey can prefer those product which is recommended by the retailer or distributor

    y Most of farmers are not aware about the companys product in that area.y Farmer ready to pay more amounts to meet actually beneficial product.y D ue to new entry in market, company have weak distribution channel.y T here is high market potential found for product in Mahabaleshwar region.y T he most of the farmers should excessive use of Israel medicines in their

    plots.y B ecause of excessive use of harmful chemicals the life span of the crop is

    very less.y A ll the farmers should use the medicines through the other farmers

    experience.y In Mahabaleshwar area the sun rays are cool therefore the fungus & mite

    should not fully vanished from the soil.

    CONCLUSION

    y D ue to innovative product, Soil kit has no competitor in market; noother company has providing integrated solution for soil and crop protection problems.

    y P roduct awareness is less due to less promotional activity.y Soil has spoiled due to excess use of chemical fertilizer.y Farmer wants to switch off chemical fertilizers and they turn again

    towards traditional method in which organic products use to save soil productivity.y T hat the reason farmer shows interested in attending the farmer meeting.y P roduct never available at convinced place.y P eople are very interested in to purchasing such type of product.y L arge percentage farmer interested in using organic manure as manure

    in their farm.y N o discount strategy given.y Farmers want demonstration plots or free samples of the product to

    know the result of the product.
