    A. [Yes] Good, the purpose for this call is to get you on calendar for

10 20 minutes to meet my companys representative Mr.

______________ This can either be done by corresponding face to

face or over the Web. We are looking at the week of

______________ Are you a morning or afternoon person?

    B. [No] Would you tell who is responsible for these services?

3.Are you involved in the Security?

]Yes/No] The reason I asked you about Security is if you are like most

of our customers, then you are concerned about the security and know

the importance of protecting your information and equipment against

disaster and outside influences is a critical priority, but is also

expensive to manage and maintain. Our guarded data center facility

provides multiple redundant state-of-the-art security features.

We are setting a meeting in a week or two. Are you a morning or

    evening person?

    Choose Action:

Can I send you a whitepaper that explains Datacenter services in

    more detail.

4.Are you into involved in Site spacing & Layout?

  • 8/2/2019 Anusha III

    31/34

The reason I asked is because accessing is a very important service in

Datacenter. We provide Multiple Carrier Access wherein accessing a

variety of carriers and service providers results in reduced costs and

increased network reliability. Most carrier-affiliated data centers (where

only one carrier's bandwidth is available) force customers to pay for

bandwidth that is not needed. It is served by a broad variety of carriers,

providing competitive pricing for your Internet transport or transit needs.

5.Which type of Tier are you using or thinking of using?

If you are thinking of using a new one, I suggest you to implement tier 2,

which has redundant components & 99.741 % availability. Because our

customers who are using Tier 2 reap a lot of benefits like

    a. Less susceptible to disruptions from both planned

    and unplanned activity

    b. Single path for power and cooling distribution,

    includes redundant components(N+1)

    c. Includes raised floor, UPS and generator

    d. Takes 3 to 6 months to implement

    e. Annual downtime of 22 hours

    f. Maintenance of power path and other parts of theinfrastructure require a processing shutdown.

Thank you for sparing me your time. Is it Ok if I add you to my mailing

list for future events and updates?
