शे्रजियों के जलए ऑनलाइन आवेदन आमंजिि दकए जािे हैं। ऑनलाइन आवेदन 18.03.2019 से 11.05.2019 िक

2359 बजे िक भरे जा सकिे हैं , इसके बाद वेबसाइर् ललक अक्षम हो जाएगा। ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने की

समाजि की िारीख के दौरान भीड़ से बचने के जलए उम्मीदवारों को सख्िी से अंजिम जिजि से बहुि पहले ऑनलाइन

आवेदन करने की सलाह दी जािी ह।ै कोई ऑफ़लाइन आवेदन पि स्वीकार नहीं दकया जाएगा।

3. आयु सीमा - सीएफएसआर 1937 के िहि मौजूदा जनयमों के अनुसार आयु सीमा 18-25 (आयु

11.05.2019 के अनुसार) और पूवड सैजनकों के जलए आयु सीमा में छूर् है , जजन्होंने सशस्त्र बलों के िहि 6 महीने से

कम समय सेवा मैं नहीं रखा ह।ै संघ , की ऐसी सेवा की अवजध को उसकी वास्िजवक आयु से कम करने की अनुमजि

दी जाएगी और यदद पररिामी आयु 25 वषड से अजधक 3 वषड से अजधक नहीं है , िो उसे आयु सीमा के संबंध में शिों

को पूरा करने के जलए समझा जाएगा।

सभी प्रश्न समान अंकों के होंगे। गलि उत्तरों के जलए जुमाडना (नेगेरर्व मार्ककग) होगा। प्रत्येक गलि उत्तर के

जलए, उस प्रश्न को ददए गए अंकों का एक-चौिाई (0.25) जुमाडना के रूप में कार्ा जाएगा।

6. परीक्षा का जसलेबस:-

i) सामान्य बुजि और िकड में मौजखक और गैर-मौजखक दोनों िकड शाजमल होंगे।

ii) सामान्य जागरूकिा में इजिहास, संस्कृजि, भूगोल, आर्मिक पररदशृ्य, सामान्य राजनीजि, भारिीय

संजवधान, करंर् अफेयसड, जहमाचल प्रदेश का ज्ञान आदद शाजमल होंगे।

iii) संख्यात्मक अजभरुजच वास्िजवक जीवन की समस्याओं (मैरट्रकुलेशन / 10 वीं स्िर) के हल खोजने में

अंकगजििीय अवधारिाओं के ज्ञान और उनके उपयोग का परीक्षि करेगी।

iv) अंिेजी की समझ उम्मीदवार की सही अंिेजी, उसकी बुजनयादी समझ और लेखन क्षमिा आदद को

समझने की क्षमिा का परीक्षि करेगी।

v) वन और वाजनकी पाररजस्िजिक और वाजनकी अवधारिाओं आदद के जलए उम्मीदवार के ज्ञान का

परीक्षि करेंगे।

vi) बाल जवकास और जशक्षाशास्त्र पर परीक्षि 6-11 वषड की आयु के जलए प्रासंजगक शैजक्षक मनोजवज्ञान

और जशक्षि पर कें दद्रि होगा।

vii) स्वास््य स्वच्छिा और स्वच्छिा पर परीक्षि भोजन और पोषि, पयाडवरि स्वच्छिा और सैजनर्री

इंजीजनयररग, बीमाररयों और स्वास््य जशक्षा की रोकिाम और जनयंिि पर कें दद्रि होगा।

8. आवेदन का िरीका:- सभी के संबंध में केवल पूिड, ऑनलाइन आवेदन, स्वीकार दकया जाएगा। दकसी अन्य स्रोि

से प्राि आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं दकया जाएगा और इसे सरसरी िौर पर खाररज कर ददया जाएगा।

अपेजक्षि शु्क के या ठीक से नहीं भरे गए हैं , को सरसरी िौर पर खाररज दकया जायेगा | जवभाग द्वारा इस संबंध में

कोई पिाचार नहीं दकया जाएगा।

9. जलजखि परीक्षा के जलए एर्जमर्-कार्ड / कॉल लेर्र: - आवेदन की जांच की जाएगी और केवल योग्य उम्मीदवारों

को वेबसाइर् / पोर्डल www.canttboardrecruit.org पर ऑनलाइन ही सूजचि दकया जाएगा | भिी और जलजखि

परीक्षा की समय सारिी अनुसूची के बारे में कोई जानकारी या कोई संशोधन या अपरे्र् की जानकारी के जलए सभी

उम्मीदवार उपरोि वेबसाइर् को लगािार चेक करिे रह े।

10. चयन का िरीका:

(ए) अंजिम चयन और मेररर् जलजखि परीक्षा और कौशल / पीईर्ी (जैसा दक ऊपर 4 पैरा में उ्लेख दकया गया ह)ै

पर आधाररि होगा। जलजखि परीक्षा के जलए जिजि , समय और स्िान हमारी वेबसाइर् / पोर्डल

www.canttboardrecruit.org पर उजचि समय पर सूजचि दकया जाएगा।

(बी) जलजखि परीक्षा के समय , अभ्यर्मियों को पहचान पि और हाल ही में उनके साि प्रवेश पि के साि पासपोर्ड

आकार के फोर्ो प्रवेश पि के साि लाने होंगे।

(सी) जलजखि परीक्षा में बहुजवक्पीय वस्िुजनष्ठ प्रकार के प्रश्न होंगे और लहदी और अंिेजी में छपे होंगे। प्रश्नों के उत्तर

को ओएमआर उत्तर पुजस्िका पर अंदकि करना होगा।

(घ) गलि जवाब देने वालों के जलए: उम्मीदवारों को ध्यान देना चाजहए दक प्रत्येक गलि उत्तर के जलए , उस प्रश्न को

ददए गए अंकों में से एक-चौिाई (0.25) जुमाडना के रूप में कार् जलया जाएगा।

11. पाििा मानदंर्:

(i) उम्मीदवार को भारि का नागररक होना चाजहए।

(ii) उम्मीदवार को इस जवज्ञापन में जनधाडररि शैक्षजिक योग्यिा, आयु, अनुभव आदद को पूरा करना होगा।

(iii) आयु और एससी, एसर्ी, ओबीसी और पीएच प्रमाि पि के जलए कर्-ऑफ की िारीख आवेदन की अंजिम

जिजि होगी।

12. सामान्य शिें: -

(ए) जनयुि उम्मीदवार / व्जि की सेवाओं को कैं र् फंर् सवेंर् रू्स , 1937, छावनी अजधजनयम , 2006 और कें द्रीय

सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर संशोजधि पेंशन जनयमों के िहि शाजसि होगी |

(बी) पद 2 साल की अवजध के जलए अस्िायी ह ै(यानी पररवीक्षा पर) और संिोषजनक सेवा के बाद स्िायी हो

जायेगा ।

(सी) आवेदक केवल ऑनलाइन माध्यम से आवेदन कर सकिा ह।ै समापन जिजि के बाद दकसी भी आवेदन पर

जवचार नहीं दकया जाएगा। दकसी भी सवडर की जवफलिा के जलए प्रशासन जजम्मेदार नहीं होगा।

(र्ी) जलजखि परीक्षा के जलए उपजस्िि होने के जलए उम्मीदवारों को कोई र्ीए / र्ीए का भुगिान नहीं दकया

जाएगा।

(ई) जवभाग जबना दकसी पूवड सूचना के / दकसी भी स्िर पर दकसी भी कारि से भिी प्रदिया को स्िजगि / रद्द /

जनलंजबि / रद्द करने का अजधकार सुरजक्षि रखिा ह।ै इस संबंध में कोई पिाचार नहीं दकया जाएगा।

(एफ) यदद मेररर् सूची में समान अंक वाले एक ही श्रेिी के एक से अजधक उम्मीदवार हैं, िो आयु में बडे़ उम्मीदवार

को वरीयिा जमलेगी।

(जी) जनयुजि प्राजधकरि अजधसूजचि ररजियों के अनुसार चयजनि उम्मीदवारों की संख्या के अलावा एक आरजक्षि

पैनल / प्रिीक्षा सूची िैयार करेगा। ररज़वड पैनल / प्रिीक्षा सूची, पररिाम की घोषिा की िारीख से एक वषड की

अवजध के जलए मान्य होगी और जनयुजि की पेशकश को स्वीकार नहीं करने के कारि उत्पन्न होने वाली ररजियों,

जनयुजि की स्वीकृजि के बाद पद में शाजमल नहीं होने वाले उम्मीदवार या शाजमल होने के एक वषड के भीिर

चयजनि उम्मीदवारों के इस्िीफे के कारि दस्िावेजों / प्रमाि पिों के सत्यापन के बाद जनयुजि के जलए अयोग्य पाए

जाने इस आरजक्षि पैनल / प्रिीक्षा सूची से भरा जायेगा ।

(एच्) उम्मीदवार योग्यिा मानदंर् को पूरा करने के जलए जवषय के दकसी भी वगड के जलए आवेदन कर सकिे हैं।

हालांदक, आवेदक द्वारा पद की प्रत्येक श्रेिी के जलए केवल एक आवेदन दकया जा सकिा ह।ै दकसी श्रेिी के जलए एक

से अजधक आवेदन करने से उस श्रेिी के दकए गए सभी आवेदन रद्द हो जाएंगे।

(आई) उम्मीदवारों को ध्यान देना चाजहए दक परीक्षा में उनका प्रवेश आवेदन पि में उनके द्वारा दी गई जानकारी के

आधार पर जवशुि रूप से अनंजिम होगा। यह सक्षम प्राजधकारी द्वारा सभी पाििा शिों के सत्यापन के अधीन होगा।

13. ऑनलाइन जनरेर् दकए गए आवेदन के साि दस्िावेजों की जांच के समय आवश्यक दस्िावेज :

मेररर् सूची पर जवचार करने के बाद शॉर्डजलस्र् दकए गए उम्मीदवार को दस्िावेजों के सत्यापन / जांच के जलए

बुलाया जाएगा। जनम्नजलजखि मूल दस्िावेज / प्रमाि पि और स्वयं-सत्याजपि प्रजियों के एक सेर् के साि-साि

ऑनलाइन आवेदन के लप्रर् आउर् की हार्ड कॉपी, उस समय प्रस्िुि की जानी चाजहए: -

(ए) उम्मीदवार द्वारा जवजधवि हस्िाक्षररि कंप्यूर्र द्वारा उत्पन्न आवेदन पि ।

(बी) जन्म जिजि का प्रमाि पि।

(सी) दो नवीनिम रंगीन पासपोर्ड आकार की िस्वीरें।

(र्ी) अपेजक्षि शैक्षजिक योग्यिा का मूल प्रमाि पि (प्राि अंकों के जववरि के साि )।

(ई) जाजि / जवकलांगिा प्रमाि पि (जहां भी लागू हो)।

शॉर्डजलस्र् दकए गए उम्मीदवारों के ऊपर बिाए गए मूल दस्िावेजों को कैं र् बोर्ड ऑदफस , बकलोह कैं र् जांचा और

सत्याजपि दकया जाएगा , इसके अलावा जनयुजि प्राजधकारी अजम्मद्वारों के चररि और पूवडवर्मियों के सत्यापन के

अधीन होगी ।

यह ध्यान ददया जा सकिा ह ैदक दस्िावेज़ सत्यापन चयन प्रदिया में जसफड एक और चरि ह।ै दस्िावेजों के

सत्यापन के जलए बुलाए जाने से यह संकेि नहीं जमलिा ह ैदक उनका नाम अंजिम मेररर् सूची में भी ददखाई देगा।

उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी दकसी भी स्िर पर रद्द की जा सकिी ह ैऔर इस संबंध में कोई पिाचार नहीं दकया

जाएगा।

14. अस्वीकृजि: - जनम्नजलजखि कृत्यों / चूक एक उम्मीदवार / आवेदन को अयोग्य / अस्वीकृि कर देगी।

(ए) जनधाडररि अजनवायड शैजक्षक योग्यिा / कौशल परीक्षा / पीईर्ी को पूरा / उत्तीिड करना नहीं करना ।

(बी) गलि, झूठी जानकारी देना या जानकारी से छेड़छाड़ करना ।

(सी) अनुजचि साधनों के माध्यम से उम्मीदवारी के जलए समिडन प्राि करना।

(र्ी) दकसी व्जि द्वारा प्रजिरूपि।

(ई ) गढ़े / झूठे दस्िावेज जमा करना।

(एफ) ऐसे बयानों को जचजननि करना जो गलि या झूठे या भौजिक जानकारी को दबाने वाले हैं।

(जी) चयन के जलए उसकी उम्मीदवारी के संबंध में दकसी भी अन्य अजनयजमि या अनुजचि साधनों का सहारा

लेना।

(एच) आवेदन के अनुजचि / अपूिड भरने।

(आई) एक ही पद के जलए एक से अजधक आवेदन जमा दकए गए।

15. पोस्र् के जलए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कैसे करें:

(1) (ए) आवेदन करने से पहले, उम्मीदवारों को सलाह दी जािी ह ैदक वे इस जवज्ञापन के माध्यम से इस

पद के जलए जनधाडररि मानदंर्ों के अनुसार अपनी पाििा जनधाडररि करने के जलए जवज्ञापन सावधानीपूवडक जवस्िार

से देखें।

(बी) उम्मीदवारों को ऑनलाइन आवेदन पि को पूरा करने की आवश्यकिा होगी, जजसके जलए जनदेश

उपयुडि साइर् पर उपलब्लध ह।ै पूरा ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने का समय अंिराल 30 जमनर् का होगा।

(सी) ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने से पहले, उम्मीदवार को अपनी फोर्ो और हस्िाक्षर को जेपीईजी प्रारूप में

जवजधवि स्कैन करना चाजहए।

(र्ी) जनधाडररि पाििा शिों को पूरा करने के जलए परीक्षा के सभी चरिों में प्रवेश जवशुि रूप से अनंजिम

जवषय होगा।

(ई) उम्मीदवारों ददनांक 18.03.2019 से 11.05.2019 के बीच www.canttboardrecruit.org पर

केवल ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें कोई अन्य साधन / आवेदन का िरीका स्वीकार नहीं दकया जाएगा। उम्मीदवारों के

पास वैध ई-मेल, पहचान और सदिय मोबाइल नंबर होना आवश्यक ह ैऔर इस कायाडलय द्वारा संपकड करने के जलए

कोई बदलाव नहीं होना चाजहए।

(2) आवेदन जमा करने के जलए, www.canttboardrecruit.org पर वेबसाइर् / पोर्डल पर जाएं, नए

उपयोगकिाड पंजीकरि पर जक्लक करें।

(ए) कैं र् बोर्ड में ड्रॉप र्ाउन जवक्प से बकलोह का चयन करें।

(बी) ड्रॉप र्ाउन जवक्प से आवेदन करने के जलए पद का चयन करें।

(सी) अपना मोबाइल नंबर (काम करना) दजड करें और OTP प्राि करने के जलए जक्लक करें।

(र्ी) आपको अपने मोबाइल पर OTP प्राि होगा।

(ई) इसके बाद, ओर्ीपी और सत्यापन कोर् (कैप्चा) भरें और सबजमर् पर जक्लक करें।

(3) ऑनलाइन आवेदन भरने की प्रदिया / चरि नीचे ददए गए हैं;

(4) आवेदन िभी पूिड माना जाएगा जब सभी िीन अजनवायड चरि (चरि- I, चरि -2 और चरि -3)

र्ाला जाएगा।

4. आवेदक परीक्षा से संबंजधि दकसी भी अपरे्र् की जांच करने के जलए दकसी भी समय अपने आवेदन पि का

उपयोग करके वेबसाइर् / पोर्डल यानी www.canttboardrecruit.org पर दकसी भी समय लॉजगन कर सकिे हैं।

5. अनंजिम रूप से योग्य उम्मीदवारों के एर्जमर् कार्ड वेबसाइर् www.canttboardrecruit.org पर अपलोर् दकए

जाएंगे। उम्मीदवारों को वहां से ही एर्जमर् कार्ड र्ाउनलोर् करने होंगे क्योंदक एर्जमर् कार्ड की कोई हार्ड कॉपी

र्ाक से या ईमेल के जररए आवेदकों को नहीं भेजी जाएगी।

6. आवेदन के संबंध में कोई भी संदेह / स्पष्टीकरि छावनी बोर्ड , बकलोह के कायाडलय से दकसी भी कायडददवस में

कायड ददवसों के बीच साफ दकया जा सकिा ह।ै

17. उम्मीदवारों के जलए सामान्य साधन

(1) जनयुजि प्राजधकारी उम्मीदवारों के आवेदन और दस्िावेजों / प्रमािपिों की जांच के समय और उसके

बाद प्रदान की गई जानकारी के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों का अनंजिम चयन करिा ह ैऔर इसके बाद जनयुजि

प्राजधकारी दस्िावेजों की प्रामाजिकिा के बारे में खुद को सत्याजपि और संिुष्ट करिा ह ै/ उम्मीदवारों को

अंजिम रूप से जनयुि करने से पहले भिी जनयम के अनुसार प्रमाि पि और पाििा की जाँच की जाजि ह ै।

इसजलए, उम्मीदवारों का अनंजिम चयन होने पर उनको जनयुजि का कोई अजधकार िब िक नहीं जमलिा

जब िक जनयुजि प्राजधकरि जांच के बाद उम्मीदवार की उपयुििा से संिुष्ट नहीं हो जािा ह ै|

(2) जनयुजि उम्मीदवार/व्जि की सेवा कैं र् फंर् सवेंर् रू्स 1937, छावनी अजधजनयम , 2006 और

केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा समय समय पर संशोजधि पेंशन जनयमों के िहि शाजसि होगी |

(3) उम्मीदवार को दकसी भी अदालि द्वारा दोषी नहीं ठहराया जाना चाजहए िा। इसके अलावा, पहले

से ही सरकार में सेवारि उम्मीदवारों के जखलाफ कोई अनुशासनात्मक / सिकड िा का मामला जवचार /

लंजबि नहीं होना चाजहए।

(4) जवज्ञाजपि ररदकजियां अनंजिम और स्िायी होने की संभावना ह।ै यदद दकसी पद के जलए ररजि की

जस्िजि कम ह,ै िो बोर्ड दकसी भी पररिामी क्षजि / हाजन के जलए आवेदक को क्षजिपूर्मि करने के जलए

उत्तरदायी नहीं ह।ै

(5) जनयुजि प्राजधकारी / बोर्ड भिी के दकसी भी स्िर पर दकसी भी अयोग्य उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी

को अस्वीकार करने का अजधकार रखिा ह।ै

(6) जनयुजि प्राजधकारी को प्रशासजनक कारि से या अनुजचि साधनों, धोखाधड़ी या अन्य

अजनयजमििाओं / कदाचार के मामले में। जनयुजि प्राजधकारी एक नया परीक्षा कें द्र रद्द करने या स्िाजपि

करने का अजधकार सुरजक्षि रखिा ह ैऔर यदद आवश्यक हो िो उम्मीदवारों को उस परीक्षा कें द्र में भेज

सकिा ह।ै

(7) जनयुजि के संबंध में कोई पिाचार नहीं दकया जाएगा।

(8) उम्मीदवारों द्वारा जलजखि परीक्षा / कौशल परीक्षा / पीईर्ी के जलए गैर-उपजस्िजि के जलए दकसी

भी आधार पर कोई बदलाब नहीं दकया जाएगा और इस िरह की जस्िजि में उसकी उम्मीदवारी पर जवचार

नहीं दकया जाएगा।

(9) र्ीए / र्ीए परीक्षा में भाग लेने के जलए स्वीकायड नहीं होगा ।

(10) जनयुजि प्राजधकारी को परीक्षा के दकसी भी कें द्र को रद्द करने और उस कें द्र के उम्मीदवारों को

दकसी अन्य कें द्र में उपजस्िि होने के जलए कहने का अजधकार सुरजक्षि ह।ै दकसी भी पररजस्िजि में परीक्षा की

िारीख, समय और कें द्र में पररविडन का कोई अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं दकया जाएगा।

(11) जलजखि परीक्षा के जलए उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी और पूरी िरह से अनंजिम ह ैऔर कानून की

अदालि के दकसी भी प्रत्यक्ष / जनिडय / आदेश / के अधीन नहीं ह ै/ उसे हकदार नहीं ह।ै केवल प्रवेश पि

जारी होना दकसी भी उमीदवार को उस पद के दावे का अजधकार नहीं देिा ।

(12) ओएमआर उत्तर पुजस्िका, जो उसमें उज्लजखि परीक्षा के पूरा होने के बाद पररवादी को सौंप दी

जानी चाजहए।

(13) उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा प्रभारी, पयडवेक्षकों और सभी परीक्षा अजधकाररयों द्वारा परीक्षा के हर

चरि में ददए गए जनदेशों का सावधानीपूवडक पालन करना चाजहए। यदद कोई उम्मीदवार जनदेशों का

उ्लंघन करिा है, िो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी।

(14) उम्मीदवार पयडवेक्षकों की उपजस्िजि में जनधाडररि स्िान पर एर्जमर् कार्ड पर हस्िाक्षर करेंगे।

ित्पिाि, अन्वेषक जनधाडररि स्िान पर एर्जमर् कार्ड पर भी हस्िाक्षर करेंगे। अभ्यिी को उपजस्िजि पिक

और ओएमआर शीर् पर हस्िाक्षरकिाड की उपजस्िजि में भी हस्िाक्षर करने की आवश्यकिा होिी है ,

पयडवेक्षक जनधाडररि स्िान पर भी हस्िाक्षर करेगा।

(15) परीक्षा के जलए जनधाडररि समय समाि होने के िुरंि बाद पररवादी द्वारा ओएमआर उत्तर पिक

एकि दकए जाएंगे और उन्हें कें द्र प्रभारी को सौंप ददया जाएगा।

(16) परीक्षा समाि होने के बाद, उम्मीदवार को कक्ष से बाहर जनकलने से पहले ओएमआर उत्तर पिक

को अन्वेषक को सौंप देना चाजहए। कोई भी उम्मीदवार जो ओएमआर उत्तर पुजस्िका नहीं लौर्ािा ह ैया

परीक्षा हॉल के बाहर ओएमआर शीर् लेने का प्रयास करिा हुआ पाया जािा ह ैया परीक्षा हॉल के अंदर

दकसी और को ओएमआर उत्तर पिक देिा ह,ै उसे अयोग्य घोजषि दकया जाएगा और जनयुजि प्राजधकारी

(19) कैलकुलेर्र, लैपर्ॉप, पामर्ॉप अन्य जर्जजर्ल / इलेक्ट्रॉजनक उपकरि / मोबाइल / सेल फोन, पेपर

आदद का उपयोग करने की अनुमजि नहीं ह।ै दकसी भी उम्मीदवार को दकसी भी गैजेर् / उपकरि के कब्लजे में

पाए जाने की जस्िजि में, उसे परीक्षा से बाहर कर ददया जाएगा और उम्मीदवारों के जखलाफ कानूनी

3. Age Limit- Age limit as per existing rules under CFSR 1937 is 18-25 (age as on

11.05.2019) and age relaxation for Ex-servicemen who has put in not less than 6 months

All questions will carry equal marks. There will be penalty (negative marking) for

wrong answers. For each wrong answer, one-fourth (0.25) of the marks assigned to that

question will be deducted as penalty.

6. Syllabus of the examination:-

i) General intelligence and reasoning will include both verbal and non-verbal

reasoning.

ii) General awareness will include history, culture, geography, economic scene,

General polity, Indian constitution, current affairs, General knowledge of

Himachal Pradesh etc.

iii) Numerical aptitude will test the knowledge of arithmetical concepts and their

use in finding the solution of real life problems (Matriculation/ 10th level).

iv) English Comprehension will test the candidate’s ability to understand correct

English, his basic comprehension and writing ability etc.

v) Forest and forestry will test the knowledge of the candidate for ecological and

forestry concepts etc.

vi) The test on Child development and pedagogy will focus on educational

psychology and learning relevant to the age group of 6-11 years.

vii) The test on health sanitation and hygiene will focus on food and nutrition,

environmental sanitation and sanitary engineering, prevention and control of

diseases and health education.

8. MODE OF APPLICATION: Online application, complete in all respect will only

Note- Applications which are incomplete in any respect or not accompanied by requisite

photographs, Signature, essential qualification or without requisite fee or not properly filled

9. Admit-Card/Call letter for Written Test: - Application will be scrutinized and only

eligible candidates would be intimated online at website/portal www.canttboardrecruit.org

regularly to check any information or any amendments or updates regarding said

recruitment and time schedule for written test.

10. Mode of Selection:

(a) Final selection and merit will be based on written test and skill/ PET (as mentioned at

para 4 above). Date, Time & venue for Written test will be intimated on our website/Portal

www.canttboardrecruit.org in due course of time.

(b) At the time of Written test, the candidates must bring Identity proof and recent

passport size photographs with him/her along with Admit Card.

(c) Written Test –Written test will comprise of Multiple Choice Objective type questions

and will be printed in Hindi & English. Answers to the questions will have to be marked on

OMR Answer sheet.

(d) PENALTY FOR WRONG ANSWERS: Candidates should note that for each wrong

11. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

(i) The candidate must be a citizen of India. (ii) The candidate must fulfill the educational qualification, age, experience etc. as stipulated in this advertisement. (iii) The cut-off date for age and SC, ST, OBC and PH certificates will be the closing date of application.

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS:-

(a) The services of the appointed candidate/person will be governed under Cantt Fund Servant rules, 1937, Cantonment Act, 2006 and pension rules as amended from time to time by the Central Govt. are applicable to employees of Cantt Boards.

(b) The Post is provisional for a period of 2 years (i.e on probation) & thereafter permanent subject to satisfactory service.

(c ) The applicant can apply through Online portal only. No application will be entertained after closing date. Administration will not be responsible for any server failure.

(d) No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing for the written test.

(e) Department reserves the right to postpone/cancel/suspend/terminate the recruitment process without any prior notice/assigning any reason at any stage. No correspondence would be entertained in this regard.

(f) If there are more than two candidates in the same category having equal marks in the merit list, the candidate older in age will get preference.

(g) The appointment authority shall draw a reserve panel/waiting list in addition to the number of candidates selected as per the notified vacancies. The reserve panel/waiting list shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of declaration of result and the vacancies arising due to non-acceptance of the offer of appointment, candidates not joining the post after acceptance of appointment or the candidates not being found eligible for appointment after verification of documents/certificates or due to resignation of selected candidate(s) within one year of joining the post, shall be filled up from this reserve panel/waiting list.

(h) Candidate can apply for any category of the post subject to fulfilling the qualification criteria. However, only one application for each category of the post can be made by the applicant. Multiple applications for a category will result in cancellation of all the applications made by a candidate for that category.

(i) The candidates should note that their admission to the examination will be purely provisional based on the information given by them in the Application Form. This will be subject to verification of all the eligibility conditions by the Competent Authority.

13. Documents required at the time of Scrutiny of documents along with Online generated Application:

After considering the merit list the shortlisted candidate will be called for verification/ scrutiny of documents. The following original Documents/certificates and one set of self-attested copies, along with hard copy of print out of online application, are to be produced at that time:-

(a) Computer generated Application form duly signed by the candidate. (b) Certificate of date of birth. (c) Two latest colour passport size photographs. (d) Original Certificate of requisite academic qualification with detail marks. (e) Caste/ disability certificate (wherever applicable).

The original documents as mentioned above of the shortlisted candidates will be checked & verified at Cantt Board Office, Bakloh Cantt and further, the appointing authority will undertake an exercise of verification of character and antecedents of the Candidates. The appointment will be provisional and subject to verification of Character and antecedents of the Candidate.

It may be noted that document verification is just another stage in the selection process. Merely being called for verification of documents does not indicate that his/her name will also appear in the final merit list. Candidature of candidate may be cancelled at any stage and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

14. Rejection:- The following acts/omission would render a candidate/application disqualified /rejected.

(a) Not meeting qualifying/passing the laid down mandatory educational qualification/Skill test/PET.

(b) Furnishing of false, inaccurate or tampered information. (c ) Obtaining support for his candidature through unfair means.

(d) Impersonation by any person. (e) Submitting fabricated/false documents.

(f) Making statements which are incorrect or false or suppressing material information.

(g) Resorting to any other irregular or improper means in connection with his candidature for the selection.

(h) Improper/Incomplete filling of application. (i) More than one application submitted for the same post.

15. HOW TO APPLY ONLINE FOR THE POSTS: (1) (a) Before applying, the Candidates are advised to go through this advertisement

carefully in detail for determining their eligibility as per laid criteria for the post.

(b) Candidate will be required to complete the Online Application Form, the instruction for which is available at the above mentioned site. The time gap to fill complete online application will be 30 minutes.

(c ) Before starting the filling up of online application, the candidate must have his/her photograph and signature duly scanned in the jpg format.

(d) The admission at all the stages of the examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.

(2) For submission of application, visit the website/portal at www.canttboardrecruit.org click on New User Registration.

(a) Select Bakloh from drop down option in the Cantt Board. (b) Select the post to apply from the drop down option. (c) Enter your mobile Number (working) and click to get OTP. (d) You will receive the OTP on your mobile. (e) Thereafter, fill the OTP and validation code (CAPTCHA) and click on submit.

(3) The procedure/steps for filling up of application online is briefed below; STEP 1 : Submission of Application details. STEP 2 : Uploading of scanned Photograph and Signature. STEP 3 : Payout of application fee online ( if applicable)

(4) The application shall be treated complete only if all the three mandatory Steps

(Step-I, Step-2 and Step-3) are completed successfully.

(5) In case candidates are not able to submit fee by closing date, or the application is otherwise is incomplete, his/her candidature will similarly be rejected.

(6) Applicant can view the application details from the already registered user

section available on the home page by providing application Number and E-mail id. Applicant is required to ensure that Photograph & Signature is visible and Fee status changed to paid otherwise application will be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected.

-9- (16) IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. The decision of CEO/Cantonment Board, Bakloh in all matters relating to acceptance of rejection of an application, eligibility/ suitability of a candidate shall be final and binding for all the candidates. 2. The candidate should have valid email ID and a working mobile number for applying for the examination. The applicants are advised not to change the email ID or Mobile number during the process of recruitment. They are also advised not to give mobile number/email Id to any unknown person to avoid any complication.

any update regarding the examination. 5. The admit cards of provisionally eligible candidates will be uploaded on the website www.canttboardrecruit.org. The candidates will have to download the admit cards from there only as no hard copy of admit card will be sent to the applicants by post or by email.

17. GENERAL INSTRUCTIOS FOR CANDIDATES

(i) The Appointing authority makes provisional selection of the candidates on the basis of information provided in the application and documents/certificate provided by the candidate at the time of scrutiny and subsequently, the Appointing Authority verifies and satisfies itself about the authenticity of documents/certificates and eligibility as per the Recruitment Rules before finally appointing the candidates. Therefore, the provisional selection of a candidates confers on him/her no right of appointment unless the Appointing Authority is satisfied after such inquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment to the post.
