Early man wondered on seeing the world around him and tried to understand it by close observation.
Man’s eternal quest
He found that his life is dependent on Nature around him.It supplied everything he needs.His life is temporary whereas Nature is permanent.
So he started observing and worshipping Nature.
Science and Spirituality
Outer observation of Nature resulted in Science and its laws.
Inner observation of Nature resulted in Spirituality
Science and spirituality
Science is all about physical things and their utility for human convenience
Spirituality is about understanding the ultimate aim of life and how to achieve it.
Astrology is part of Spirituality
Two ways to know future and our destiny
The direct way is Spiritual Wisdom.
Through this,you can directly see your destiny,understand its course and plan your life accordingly.
For this,intense and committed sadhana is needed lifelong.
Self cultivation and self transformation are the key words in Spiritual wisdom.
Two ways to know future and our destiny
The indirect way is Astrology.
All cannot do sadhana.So there should be a method to know our destiny,our Karma and our future other than Spritual wisdom which is hard to get.
Astrology is the answer.
Through this,one can know all the above things easily.
Future can be altered by proper remedies.
Astrology –Science and Art
Astrology is both a Science and an Art.
We need not enter into arguments on this subject at all with anybody.
We are convinced through decades of observation in hundreds of live charts that Astrology is a science and an Art.
We need not convince anybody on this.
Astrology –Sceince and Art
Sceintific part,that is,that can be seen and measured is its calculative part.
Calculative part is similar to Astronomy.
Even in this,we consider some mathematical points like Rahu,Ketu,Upagrahas etc.
Artistic part is predictive chapter and remedial chapter.
So it is a mixture of both Science and Art that finally leads to Spiritual wisdom.
What is Astrology?
Astrology is a science that studies the effects of planets and Nature on man
Science says planets are inert objects that cannot influence us.
Astrology says it is quite opposite
For us,planets and stars are representatives of God.
Proof from Purusha Sukta—Nakshatrani Roopam Ashwinou Vyaattam.
What is Astrology?
The fundamental concept of Astrology is the theory of Karma.
What we sow that we reap.
None can escape Karmic effects.
Karma binds us through Nature.
Nature is nothing but Pancha Mahabhutas
The 5 elements act directly and through the planets which are nothing but Sun in different garbs.
Vedic Astrology
There are many systems of Astrology in India since times immemorial.
Vedic astrology is about fixing muhurtas to the Yagnas.It has nothing to do with the Astrology as it is available today.
The term Vedic Astrology is a misnomer
It is better to call our Astrology as Indian Astrology
Sun and Moon
Man observed that his life is dependent on Sun for energy and Moon for comfort.
In addition to this,he observed certain cycles called seasons which are closely connected to Sun and Moon
Nature followed seasons-birth growth death and rebirth.
On close observation he discovered the laws of eclipses.
He found the laws that govern human life i.e effects of planets and stars on human beings.
Why Astrology?
Astrology is needed to know one’s life and what is ahead in time.
One can understand one’s karma and his mission on Earth.
It helps in planning future wisely.
It gives a direction to life.
It is your journey plan before you.
