Beed police ban posters of Chhatrapati Shivaji

Beed (Maharashtra): A Muslim police officer took objection to the posters put up in Beed town on the

occasion of Shivajayanti . (Hindus ! Are you living in a Hindu-majority Bharat or in Pakistan? Editor) Acting

promptly on the objection, the administrative officers took personal interest and removed the posters from

various sites in town. (This is one more example how helpless the administration of the pro-Muslim Congress

government has become in front of the Muslims! Editor) Incensed at the incident, the Shiv Sena workers

called a flash bandha in Beed. The bandha attracted huge response from the citizens.

On the occasion of Shivajayanti, posters depicting incidents from the life-story of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj

such as the killing of Afzalkhan by Shivaji and chopping of fingers of Shahistekhan adorned various sites in

the town. (Afzalkhan and Shahistekhan were known for their penchant for breaking idols of Deities and for

perpetrating inhuman miseries on the Hindus. The Muslims who are taking exception to the picture depicting

Shivajis fitting reply to the duo are none other than the descendents of Afzalkhan and Shahistekhan. Hindus

ought to become warriors like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj to smash the high-handedness of the Muslims!

Editor) The assistant police commissioner Mohammed Suvez Haque complained to the sub-divisional

magistrate that the incident had hurt the religious feelings of Muslims. (Hindus ! Remember, tomorrow even if

you utter the name of Shivaji Maharaj, the religious feelings of the Muslims will be hurt and you will be sent to

jail! Editor) The magistrate, Shri. Praveen Kumar Dharagkar ordered removal of the posters and the

administration without waiting for implementation of the order removed the posters by the night itself. (The

administration has never shown such a rare promptness in respect of complaints from the Hindus! Thisshows whether there is a democracy in the country or a goonda raj of the Muslims! Editor) The incident

angered the Shiv sainiks who demanded that the police officer who insulted Shivaji Maharaj should

immediately be suspended, and gave a call for Beed bandha. The bandha attracted excellent response from

the people and the businessmen closed the markets in the town. Shri. Ramdas Kadam, the opposition leader

in Assembly assured that he would raise the question in Assembly about the incident.
