I graduated college with a Bachelor Degree in Biology this past May, 2015. Two summer ago I became a Certified Phlebotomy technician and recently graduated from Clinical Medical Assistant School. I worked as a medical assistant at George Washington University MFA primary clinic in Washington, D.C while finishing up my Bachelor Degree. With my experience and training, I believe with my training and education I have received will benefits to your company, patients, and staffs. I am hard of hearing, however, I can speak and hear well with my hearing aids and I can also speak in American Sign Language. There isn’t many deaf people employed in the medical field. Working at George Washington University MFA primary office have shown that I am capable of working in the medical field and it has motivate myself even more to reach my dream; to be a Physician Assistant. I have acquired a variety of skills such as phlebotomy, injections, charting medical histories, vital signs, preparing patients for medical exams, stocking equipment, updating patient’s medical records, communicating between patients, staffs, and doctors.
