EMPLOYMENT ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS

Previous employment with Ramsey Health: Environmental Services: August 1999 – August 2012.

The position with Ramsey Health required working in several areas of the hospital notably of most

importance was the application on resources and time management.

Unexpected contingencies with the ability to prioritise by evaluating alternatives within my work

time management are also crucial to my current studies for completion of reports/assignments at

the required academic level.

This position entailed the ability to understand/empathise the needs of patients, establishing the

use of networks, and negotiating responsively with staff members (housekeeping, nursing,

reception and kitchen staff). I have demonstrated that I am responsible, reliable, and a good team

worker.

Spasmodic timetable with the requirement of being on call seven days a week. Working in

conjunction to the equivalence of two staff members on conditions where one staff member could

not be replaced for that particular shift/ or public holidays.

My strong liaison skills are acknowledged and supported on communication with patients,
