Beloved ones in Christ, Greetings to you all in the name of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!  

EASTER  

At a church in Bangladesh, the congregation was seeing a film about the life, death and resurrection of Jesus to an audience filled with people who had never heard of the gospel before. Children sat in front. The adults stood in the back. As the story of Jesus’s curicifixion unfolded, and his body laid in the tomb, there were tears and audible gasps. As the  affected  audience  watched,  one  young  boy  suddenly  spoke  up. “Don’t be afraid”, he said, “He gets up again! I saw it before!” 

Easter is a great celebration in our faith journey. Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ is indeed a founding principle to our faith. We live in midst of pain and suffering. None can avoid any pain and suffering. But all can overcome pain and suffering through our faith in God. This is the message of resurrection. 

The  resurrection  marks  the  moment  in  history,  when  hope overcome grief. We are not in the land of living going to the land of the dying. We are in the land of dying going to the land of the living. That is what Easter  is  all  about, which  is  the  source of  all  hope. Rejoice!  It’s Easter! He is risen – and we will rise too! 

 Jesus said, “Because I live, you also will live.” – (John 14:19)
