Involved in the Project for the following Clients:
• Bank Woori Saudara
Summary: Bank Woori Saudara is a joint venture between Bank Saudara
(Indonesia) and Woori Bank (Korea). KPMG was appointed as the PMO for the
new core banking system implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
o In this project, I was assigned as a PMO team member.
o My tasks was to prepare everything the project needs from Project
Management Point of view, such as Weekly Status Report, Risk & Issue
Logs, Deliverables log.
o As this is a result of a merger activity of two banks from two different
countries, there are challenges to both communication and work culture.
• Nissan Motor Indonesia
Summary: Nissan Motor Indonesia is a joint venture between Nissan Motors
and IndoMobil Group. KPMG was appointed as the system integrator for their
SAP project.
Roles & Responsibilities:
o Acted as Data Migration Team Lead.
o Ensure that data migration activities run smoothly.
o Manage a team of functional consultants that also acted as data
migration team members.
o Arrange data migration schedules as well as checkpoints with users
throughout the project.
o Track and make sure that all data migration deliverables are delivered on
time with good quality.

• As a member of the SAP Implementation Team for Lautan Luas Group, I

• Besides implementing the system, my responsibility includes learning how to
implement the SAP FI Module, so that in the future, we can implement SAP by
ourselves without the need to involve 3rd party implementor. Note that
Lautan Luas Group is a multi national group of companies that consists of
more than 20 subsidiaries and affiliates.
• After the implementation finished in each company, I also act as a support

WMS is a software solution for manufacturing, distribution, and retail
enterprises and third‐party logistics providers (3PLs) that can be used by
