"Project UDAAN" is an IT/Business initiative to implement world class processes and systems across

VECV dealerships. The application has been built on SAP CRM/DBM platform and would cater to entire

gamut of operations at domestic and exports dealerships across all verticals i.e. Sales, Service, and

Spares.

Project details:

I am working in UDAAN project as a Master Data Management. Having good understanding & Good

knowledge on SAP (CRM, DBM, ECC) and EDCS(Eicher Dealer Centralize System).

Responsibilities:

Creating Customer Master

Creating Product Master

Creating Vendor Master

Updating taxes

Creating Technical Campaigns

Handling Costing releasing

Creating chassis

Creating Service coupons

Test all process of Sales, Service and spares in DBQ after development

Support for DMS & EDCS issues having dependency from business end

Analyze exceptions and maintain the same in ECC

I am working in TATA MOTORS CRMDMS (Siebel CRM; Version: 8.1) project for last 1 years as a

Functional Analyst. Having good understanding & Good knowledge on Siebel Application.

Description:

The project uses Oracle Siebel CRM applications as a Web-based centralized dealer management system

(DMS). The project has improved demand forecasting, planning, logistics management as well as

inventory management. It is based on a B2B model with channels where a single application works for

users from multiple organizations. We have to handle all of the Channel partners of Tata Motors, & data

maintaining as well as training in Siebel CRM & L2 support.
