In this verse why total of only 8.4 Millionwombs (yonis) are counted?

There are infinite numbers of wombs present.

However the groups of wombs with similarcolor, odor, taste, touch and shape areconsidered as one type.

Thus the numbers of wombs are counted as8.4 Million.

How is the number of species (yonis)

determined in each type of living being?Each specie will have:

5 types of colors 2 types of odors5 types of tastes 8 types of touches5 types of shapes

By multiplying all the factors

(5X2X5X8X5 =2000) the final number ofspecie is determined.

The scriptures stipulate 4200 species in allhaving different types of colors, odors,tastes, touches and shapes.

Each of the 4200 species is multiplied by2000 so as to arrive at the total of8.4 million species.
