Experience While serving as a U.S. Army Ranger and Army Contractor, I was responsible for supervising/maintaining network communications for the 75th Ranger Regiment, U.S. Southern Command and INSCOM. During my service I supported and migrated over 400 users/computers on 5 different networks on both thick/thin clients and ensured all network switches, routers, and user desktops functioned accordingly utilizing the Remedy/Heat ticketing system to effectively communicate with customers.
