Roles & Responsibilities: Controlling the following activities across GCC for the Group in the capacity of Director - Projects, and reporting to CEO – Gulf Marketing group.

- Meeting with various Brand principles to finalize the action plan and target for new stores and Renovations.- Preparation of the capex budget and coordinating with Finance for annual budgeting.- Preparation of presentations and layouts for submission to Mall management. - Floating tenders for various elements (MEP, Civil and Interior works). - Coordinating with various Consultants till the site is handed over to operations.- Dealing with international designers and shop fitting suppliers for new concepts.- Policy framing (SOP) and implementation.- Tracking of Project budget and various other purchase related budgets.- Preparation & Circulation of handover document to end user to help in coordination & maintenance Of premises.- Involved in design and execution of retail stores and other Group interests across the Gulf. - Involved in Facilities Management with focus on compliance in workplaces(Stores, offices, warehouses etc.) and improving quality and standard of maintenance throughout the business.

Achievements:- Opened 400 new stores for the group in the span of 8 years.- Reduced total capital cost by 40 % thus making the business more viable without compromising on Quality & service.- Involved in creating a brand new concept for Sun and Sand sports store at Dubai mall.- Key member of the Board for strategic decisions within the Group.- Maintaining good business relationship with all mall management teams across the Gulf.- Launched the new Nike concept at 4 flagship locations in UAE at the same time. Completed stores in record time. Nike commented that the stores were the best new concept stores.- Opened the 1st Jordan store in the middle east at Dubai mall.

M/s. Landmark Gulf Retail (One of the largest retail group in the Middle East) – Shoemart Concept, Dubai as Senior Projects Manager (October 2006- October 2008).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Controlling Project development across GCC, Spain and Egypt in the capacity of Sr. Manager -Projects, and reporting to General Manager- Retail operations.

- Shoemart was operating 4 brands when I joined the group. Due to major expansion we developed 7 new brands with a total of 11 brands.- Involved in design and execution of Shoemart stores (Ranging from 1000 – 2500 sq.m) and Brand Stores named Bata (Italy), Pablosky (Spain), Ecco (Denmark), Kurt Geiger (UK), Shelly’s (UK), Foot solutions (USA), Dumond (Brazil) and Valencia , Casadei, Fabi, Vicini (Italy).

Achievements:

- Targeted goals surpassed. - Handled responsibility of motivating territory architects teams to deliver results within a given Time frame.- Effective coordination with contractors and mall management, resulted in smooth functioning of site Works.- Cost reduction in overall project without compromising on quality & service.- Due to proactive approach, and timely implementation of systems, was able to complete retail stores across GCC with limited resources.- Achieved a landmark of setting up the first new concept store for Shoemart at Diera city centre.- Preparation of a Project manual and processes from scratch, which is ready reference material to Top Management, Territories and Contractors.- Key member of Executive Committee involved in the aggressive expansion plans of the company of setting up Shoemart stores and Brand stores across GCC and other countries in a Span of 3 years.

M/s. ICICI Bank Ltd (India’s largest private sector bank), Mumbai, as Manager and Team leader – Projects (November 2002- September 2006).

- Was responsible for projects across South India and International branches.- Extensive traveling throughout various parts of India and abroad. Dealt with various and different Kinds of people and was able to manage them efficiently.- Due to proactive approach and timely implementation of systems, I was able to complete 200 + Branches in 4 years.- I was regularly awarded with additional responsibility for my outstanding performance over the months which includes the below mentioned prestigious projects for the Bank: 1) Execution of head office building for the Bank at Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. 2) All large scale projects across India. 3) Developing warehouses of international standard for storing important documents for the bank at Chennai and Delhi. This was the first of its kind for the Bank. 4) Set up of international branches at Srilanka, Thailand, Dubai, UK and USA. 5) Set up of well equipped Currency chest across India.

M/s Mc Donald’s India Ltd (Largest fast food chain in the world) as Design Engineer (January 2000 – October 2002)

- As an Architect was responsible for designing new outlets.- Involved in Preparation of Tender document for Civil & Interior works. - Cost Analysis of open tender & recommendation for placement of order.- Coordination of site works with Principal Architect, preparation of site report & follow-up there after.- Checking of measurement sheet. - Preparation of working drawings.
