• For return journey on 14-12-2009 by Rajkot Secunderabad Express to Secunderabad from Rajkot.

Day Of Journey:(01-12-2009)-(02-12-2009) and 02-12 2009

• All the yathris reached the Secunderabad station from their respective places.

• The train left on time and reached Rajkot at 08:30 am the next day.

• Shri.K.S.Prasad who reached Rajkot one day earlier received all the pilgrims at the station.

• We engaged 7 auto rickshaws and comfortably reached Ashwni Hotel Debhar road.

• Settled down in respective rooms comfortably by 10:30am

• Had collective lunch in a good restaurant close to hotel at 2:00pm

• Made further travel arrangements with M/s Abhishek travels gymkhana road and booked a mini bus of 20 seats and a sumo

• Went around market in groups and enjoyed the busy business circles

• Had dinner at 21:00 hours and retired

Third Day(03-12-2009)• We got ready by 7:00am had tea/coffee vacated the hotel and proceeded to

Dwaraka at 8:00am• Enroute halted at Dhrol and had breakfast in a way side restaurant. Enjoyed

the tasty garamgaram jilebi , Ghatia , Fafada and Dalvada – typical Gujarathi specials and masala tea.

• Reached Jamnagar at 10:30am and visited the following: A. The Dam B. Ram dhun mandir C. Harshad mandir andD. Aradhana dham • Reached Khambhalia at 16:00 hours had snacks and purchased a few kgs of

pure ghee.• Reached Dwaraka at 21:00hours settled down in shri guest house close to

Dwarakadheesh temple.• Had quick darshan and came back at 21:45 • Had collective dinner at Dwaraka Residency Hotel and retired at 23:30 hours

Fourth Day (04-12-2009)• Visited Dwarakadeesh temple at 8:00am performed pujas . The temple being

under renovation there was some inconvenience .• Had our breakfast at 9:30 in a hotel opposite to the guest house. All the items

served were excellent.• Visited Nageshwaram jyothirlinga at Nageshwaram 16km from Dwaraka .

Performed pujas . Returned to Dwaraka at 12:00 noon .• Visited Bet Dwaraka and saw the following :A. Hanuman mandir B. Krishna mandir C. Krishna palace Bet Dwaraka is 2km away from the sea shore .We engaged two boats to

reach bet Dwaraka .Hanuman mandir is 6km away from Bet Dwaraka mandir. We engaged three 7seater autos locally known as phat phaties every body enjoyed the travel

• Returned back to guest house at 20:30 hours had dinner at 22:00 some of us visited Dwarakadeesh mandir again and retired

Fifth Day (05-12-2009)• Got up early had final darshan of Dwarakadheesh mandir . Had

breakfast 9:00am• Packed up vacated the guest house proceeded for Somnath at

9:30am• Enroute visited the following temples:A. Harshad mathaji temple at Harshad B. Sudama temple at PorbandhurC. Kirthi mahal - Bapuji birth place and D. Gandhi museum• Reached somnath at 20:00 sum of us went to somnath mandir to

see the vedio show on the history of somnath mandir . They returned to the hotel 21:30

• We settied in the hotel Mayur very close to somnath mandir. Excellent accommodation

• Had dinner and retired 23:30

Sixth Day (06-12-2009)• Got up early and visited the following:A. Somnath mandir B. Prachin mandir C. Sangam ghatD. Hanuman mandir and E. Krishna niryana sthal• Made shopping of shell items etc.. In the shopping complex opposite to

sangam.• Had lunch at 15:00 hour• In the evening at 16:00 Mr KS Prasad & Mr B Prakasam dropped Dr

Sadasivam ,Smt parvathamma, shri S P N B L Vara parasad & Smt Achyutamba at Veraval station.

• They boarded Veraval Ahmadabad somnath express and got down at Rajkot and by Rajkot Secunderabad express they return back to Hyderabad terminating their yathra in between .

• Retired at 22:30 hours after having a dinner

Seventh Day (07-12-2009)

• Got up early had final Darshan of somnathji had lunch and left for Tulasishyam at 13:30 hours

• Shri K Vidya Sagar lost his wallet containing about Rs 7000/- at the complex where we had our lunch –The lone unfortunate incident in the yathra

• Reached Tulasi Shyam at 19:00 • Settled in the Devasthanam chowltry- excellent

accommodation • Had dinner in Devasthanam langar –consisting of Dal kichidi

and Gujarathi kadi- very tasty food.• Retired for the day at 22:00

Eighth Day(08-12-2009)• Got up at 6:00am all of us had our bath in the hot water springs located quite

opposite to the temple-a rich experience • Had Darsan of Tulsishyamji performed pujas . A very very beautiful temple in the

midst of Gir forest an – too difficult to express in words the spiritual experience • Left for Diu at 8:30 • Reached Diu at 11:30 hours and visited the following:A. INS KhukriB. Mahadev mandir and C. Two Beaches-1 a small semi circular one flanked by two small hillocks and the

other one a 2km beach with pure waters and shining sand-no dirt no filth.

• Had lunch in the beach side hotel at 15:00 and left for Junagarh at 16:00• Reached Junagarh at 18:00 hours • Visited the following temples:A. Damotharji mandir B. Dattha mandir at the foot of Girnar hill and C. Junagarh and fort

• On the out skirts of Junagarh we had our dinner in Motel Krishna at 21:00 hours.

• As the hotel is excellent and it has rooms for night stay we decided to stay back . Accordingly we settled down in 5 rooms . The rooms are comparable to 5star hotel .Retired for the day 22:00 hours.

Ninth Day (09-12-2009)• Had break fast at 8:30 vacated hotel and left for Ahmadabad • Enroute we visite the following temples :A. At Gondal Mahadev mandir B. Bhubaneshwari temple- The family Deity of Gondal rajas C. Swaminarayan mandir • Had snacks at a hotel opposite to swaminarayan mandir and left

for ahmadabad at 13:00 hours • Reached chotila at 15:00 and purchased pedas • At limbidi we had our lunch at15:30 • Reached Gandhi nagar at 19:30 hours took an hours rest • Visited vaishnodevi temple • Had our dinner at Mehsana at 23:00• Reached ambaji at 1:00 am(10-12-2009) settled in modi bhavan

close to ambaji mandir retired at 2:00am

Tenth Day (10-12-2009)• Had Darshan of ambaji at 9:00am –spent one

and half hour in the temple- after renovation the temple is giving a magnificient look

• Ambaji is one of the Ashtadasa shakti peethas thus its importance can not be under estimated

• All of us made some shopping had snacks • Vacated Modi bhavan proceeded to pracheen

Ambaji mandir also known as Jwalamukhi located on hilltop diagonally opposite to Ambaji temple 6km away

• Reached the foothill around 13:30 hours

• We reached the hill by rope way . The ride on the rope way is really thrilling – every one enjoyed it

• We spent couple of hours at the Jwalamukhi temple –here the devi is in a form of flame –the flame emanates from a small cavity continuously through out 24/7

• Came down around 18:00 hours had our snacks and proceeded towards Ahmedabad

• We stayed at Mahudi – accommodated ourselves in the VIP guest house of Ghantakaran mandir of jains.

• A guest house is like a five star hotel with beautiful lawns and the rooms having excellent facilities

• Had dinner of tasty parathas and retired at 23:00 hours

Eleventh Day(11-12-2009)• Had darshan of Ghantakaran mandir at 8:30am . The temple is a

poem in marble .• Our respects go to those artisans who carved such beautiful temple

from out of marble and left a invaluable heritage for the posterity.• Reached Akshardham at 10:30 am • Covered entire complex of Akshardham in 3:30 hours had our lunch

in the hotel attached with a akshradham-came out around 15:30 hours

• Reached sabarmati ashram ar 16:00 hours – spent 2 hours inside sabarmathi ashram complex came out at 18:00 hours

• Had snacks in a hotel closed to sabarmathi ashram and proceeded further for Rajkot at 19:00

• Reached hotel Ashwini at 23:30 hours and settled down in the same rooms in which we stayed earlier and retired.

Twelth Day(12-12-2009)

• Took complete rest – in groups visited the local temples had lunch on their own .

• In the night we all had collective dinner

Thirteenth Day (13-12-2009)• As per our original programme we were to

visit chamunda devi temple at Chotila and mahadev mandir at Taranetar but due to the one day cricket match between India and Pakistan to be held at Rajkot there was curfew like conditions up to 15:00 hours in the city no vehicle was allowed either to enter or leave the city . Therefore our program was cancelled we spent day in the hotel itself. In the evening made a small shopping and retired

Fourteenth Day (14-12-2009)• We all got readied at 7am packed up all our

belongings vacated the hotel and proceeded to railway station and boarded Rajkot Secunderabad express at 8:00am. Mr KS Prasad got down at vasai road station at 18:00 hours and the group reached secunderabad station at 6:00am on 15-12-2009

• All of us enjoyed the pilgrimage carrying divine experiences. We spent on this yatra Rs 6500/- + railway fares per ahead
