2018 on 3rd February 2018 (Saturday) at

DMA Conference Hall, India Habitat Centre, Lodi

Road, New Delhi followed by High Tea.

ASA & Associates LLP shared an analysis of the

Budget and its implications on Direct, Indirect

Tax and other regulatory changes in the

budget. The session was shared by Mr. V R

Gupta, Former Director (Finance), Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC) and

Chairman, Finance Committee. Mr. Rajan Pandhi, Director, DMA thanked the eminent

speakers and the participants. The program was supported by ASA & Associates LLP.

The eminent speakers Mr. Tej Bahadur, Regional Labour Commissioner, Mr. S K

Mahapatra, Director, JSB, Dr. Manoj Pandey, Advocate Supreme Court shared

their views on the important provision of the Contract Labour Act,1970 with its

practical & legal implications with the participants. Mr. Rajan Pandhi, Director, DMA

thanked the eminent speakers for sparing their valued time and sharing their

expertise with the participants. The program was supported by DMA and attended by

professionals from the corporate sector.

LMI Delhi Chapter in collaboration with DMA organized its Graduation Day Ceremony

on 20th February 2018 at DMA Conference Hall, India Habitat Centre, Lodi Road, New

Delhi. The participants were awarded certificates on successful completion of Effective

Personal Productivity programme by Mr. Ashok Thussu, Executive Director, LMI;

Mr. Rahul Jain, Licensee, LMI .The programme was attended by large number of

professionals from corporate sector.

The fastest way to mobilize the women of the

world is by encouraging women’s leadership in all aspects of a woman’s life. Growth and development of any country lies in the

entrepreneurial ability of its citizens. With a view to salute the soul of entrepreneurship in women,

The glittering function began with lighting of

ceremonial lamp, Keynote Address by Mr. Raman Roy, CMD Quatrro & Chairman

NASSCOM, and Inaugural Address by the Chief Guest, Ms. Stuti Narain Kacker, IAS. Retd, Chairperson, National Govt. of India. To

commemorate this august occasion a special Souvenir was released by the illustrious

professionals.

Mr. Rajan Pandhi, Director, DMA thanked the dignitaries for sparing their valued time and sharing their words of wisdom with the

participants.

First Session on The Ecosystem Facilitating Entrepreneurs was chaired by Dr. Renu Luthra, Pro-Vice Chancellor,

Galgotias University. The eminent speakers Dr. Roopak Vashistha, CEO & Managing

Director, Apparel Made-ups & Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council (AMH SSC),

Mr. Anindya Mallick, Partner, Deloitte India Consulting and Prof. H P Singh, Senior Faculty & Program Incharge, The

National Institute for Entrepreneurship & Small Business Development (NIESBUD)

shared their experiences on how Government policies have evolved to facilitate wom-

en entrepreneurs in their endeavor to launch startups .

on Funding to Scale up. Ms. Bindu D e y , S e c r e t a r y , T e c h n o l o g y Development Board, Department of
