Description:

The business goal is to Combine GIS maps and Physical Network Inventory (HFC Network) including power and facilities data in one tool called National Watchtower which is an Automated Fault Monitoring System. This is an effective troubleshooting tool for area problems and Plant Outages.

This primary purpose of this project is to synchronize our billing database data with the data present in the Motorola DAC (Digital Addressable Controller) databases in an automated fashion. It is also to provide daily, timely reports in such a fashion that are easily used by various engineering and business users.
