Through St Katherine’s restaurant in Kew, George Calombaris and Shane Delia unite their passion for ottoman cuisine where Modern Greek, Turkish and Middle Eastern food finds its roots. This melding of cultures comes together as a contemporary sharing-style menu defined by its custom-made Turkish grill and wood fired oven. St Katherine’s is a bustling and varied venue; with a mezze and wine bar downstairs, slick cocktail lounge and an upstairs restaurant where Shane and George come together to share all their favourite family style dishes.

CD Design

DevilsCandyDevils Candy developed through the love of music and art and the possiblities of the two merging together. Located in the ambiance of the burbs, Devils Candy continue to create under the influence of wall to wall music with a desire to explore all boundries of art and design.

Created out of the frustration of repeatative design syndrome, DC decided to evolve with every creation away from the what suppose to be the norm. Taking on influences from classic punk poster artists, 70s sleaze, rock n roll, b-grade horror films, muscle cars and anything that was anti corporate design industry. DC have since formed a niche outside the corporate industry but close enough to be creative threat. Originally focusing on limited edition screenprinted posters for bands, we now do artwork from anything to t-shirts and animations.

Our work has been exhibited at the Arts Centre Gallery in Mel-bourne, Canberra, Mansour Gallery in Melbourne (first solo and and joint shows), Fatboys, Sydney through Highbeam Music and Rhythm Ace Records.
