Intuitive Decision Making Intuitive decision making is a unconscious
process created from distilled experience. In movie, to take decision, A preliminary vote is taken and the result is 11:1 in favor of the guilty verdict. This is intuition based because They even dint tried to discuss case for once, they do not understand the gravity of their decision.20
Group shift Group shift refers to a phenomenon in
which the norm for consensus overrides the realistic appraisal of alternatives courses of action. In movie, initially we can observe that when the first show of hands is taken, its clear that many are being influenced by those around them
21
Leadership In movie, We have observed that K. K. Raina who was disagree
initially with the decision because proof for the decision making was not satisfactory to him. This dissatisfaction forces him to convince the other team mates to discuss more about this case and he required. He tries to do his best even in the face of seemingly impossible odds. This shows leadership skills in K. K. Raina

23
Conflicts and Power In movie many times conflicts occurs between group
member because of differences in information, beliefs, values and interests or desires. Conflict is a process that begins when one party perceives that another party has negatively affected. The conflict behaviors are usually overt attempts to implement each partys intentions.
24
Power & Politics
Power :
(Make things happen in the way you want)
A capacity that A has to influence the behavior of B so that B acts in accordance with As wishes.
Politics :Behavior to influence or attempt to influence the distribution of advantages and disadvantages within the organization/group
25
Bounded RationalityIn movie, Juror #3thinks that juror#5 votes not guilty because he belongs to slums . Even juror#3 Votes guilty and does not even try to hide the fact that he does so only because of the boy's social background. He thinks that this boy belongs to slums and so they must be destroyed. He thinks that these guys are good for nothing and its better that the boy should be punished for making this world clean and safe.

Communication Style and Tone Here a lateral communication is goes on among group member. Whats also clear is that the more influential folks in the room (especially K.K.RAINAs character) are those that make their points in a calm and steady manner. In comparison, those who lose their temper, shout and attempt to force their opinion on others quickly lose any ability to persuade. They have an impact on people.28
Emotions and Decision MakingJuror #3 even mentions that kids have no respect for adults these days . This clearly shows his state of mind when it comes to youth. You can see that emotions and past experiences can play a large role in a decision making process. Thus, Moods and emotions have important effects on decision making. Positive moods and emotions seem to help decision making. People might make rash decisions based on emotional ties to certain subjects.
Different PersonalityJury involved 12 different persons with 12 different aspects and different thinking. Everyone have different personality so it can be used to study personality theory . Active- constructive
Active Destructive Passive Constructive
