-Assist with planning, installation, operation, and maintenance of NIPR and SIPRNetworks for the Mid-Pacific Region.-Responsible for the installation, configuration, and management of data network systemsin both a stand-alone and client-server environment. Maintain and hone required skillsfor preventative maintenance and troubleshooting as they arise in the network.-Maintain access to and knowledge of required networking management tools such as ActiveDirectory, Tacacs, DCO chat, HP tools, Net Scout, and other authorized tools.-Install, configure, and maintain network services, both hardware and software.-Plan and execute the integration of multiple information systems.-Maintain access to and knowledge of customer supporting tools such as Remedy andSharePoint. Utilize tools to assist customers and notate work history.-Evaluate and resolve customer information system problems and repair issues as theyarrive in order to maintain mission capability.-Act as mentor for junior team members, ensuring morale and welfare is maintained.

- Provided Queue Management for the Regional Service Desk and assisted with theprocessing well over 1,000 customer service related tickets.- Provided technical support for the Regional Service Desk to include first callresolution, field service support and ticket escalation.- Revised and revamped the entire re-imaging process for both the SIPR and NIPR networkresulting in a drastic service improvement to the unit's customer base.- Personally worked multiple VIP customer tickets to ensure advanced level troubleshooting techniques resulted in minimal service interruptions for VIP users.- Instructed multiple classes related to a plethora of communications topics in order toensure Marines and civilian staff understood mission essential topics related toinformation technology and service delivery.- Taught installation, deployment, and administration of several basic to advancedsoftware platforms to include: Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, ESXi 4.1, ESXi5.1, vcenter, vmware, Windows XP, Windows 7, Openfiler, Linux, and Netapp Filer.
