The tasks involve collation of existing as built utility infrastructure and conversion to a GIS format, calculation of existing and future utility demands / loads, modelling existing infrastructure to identify its capacities, weaknesses and ability to handle proposed future loads. Proposals for relocation of future utilities was considered giving due consideration to the visions of the Client and master planning team and in accordance with the Abu Dhabi Street Design Manual. The project also included the analysis of TSE sources and demands together with water balance calculations and a study of sustainable storm water management.

Industrial City of Abu Dhabi ICAD IV: Team leader to develop concept design for the utilities master planning for the Higher Corporation for Specialised Economic Zones (ZonesCorp) which including a stormwater management strategy which comprises of a stormwater system covers a site area of approximately 36 square kilometres (Sq km) in ICAD IV and flood management plan study catering for the storm water loads of ICAD V.

Al Sowa Island – Roads and Bridges, Abu Dhabi, UAE: Responsible for the detailed design of roadways drainage system within Al Sowa Island in Abu Dhabi. Project involves 6 bridge connections with Abu Dhabi Island and 7 Bridge Connections to Al Reem Island. The roadway network in the island is proposed in two levels, a podium level at about +14.25 and a service level about +2.00. As the lead highway designer, I am responsible for the design of the roads drainage for all elevated roadways.

Mina Zayed & Waterfront Development-Abu Dhabi, UAE-for Al Dar/Mubadala: Design Manager for the infrastructure concept design for a dense mixed use development located on an existing pier in the Mina Zayed area. Infrastructure disciplines included roads, potable water, irrigation, storm and foul drainage, MV electrical distribution, ICT and district cooling.

Beacon Schools, Raha Gardens, Abu Dhabi, UAE: Design Manager for the preliminary, detailed design and construction supervision of a AED 90M International Baccalaureate School at Raha Gardens, Abu Dhabi. The project involved the management of architectural, structural, building services, civil and landscape design, external and internal cost management and extensive liaison with the Client and school principals.

Masdar: Prepare the detailed design and tender documents for the surface water drainage system in MIST 1A area. Highland Resort Villa: Value engineering study for the design of the sewerage pumping stations which proposed to
