• 'Ag' to mean agriculture and 'mark' for a certification mark.• Central AGMARK Laboratory (CAL) is in Nagpur including some Regional AGMARK Laboratories (RALs) in 11 nodal cities Mumbai, NewDelhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Kanpur, Kochi, Guntur, Amritsar, Jaipur, Rajkot, Bhopal) are present.• Period of Validity is 5 years.
