A No. 2 vehicle mayappear as a No. 1. The No. 2 vehicle will take top award in many judged shows except when matched againsta No. 1 example in class. May only need minor detailing to become a No. 1.

#2......Excellent

Completely operable original or "older restoration" showing wear. Also, a good amateur restoration, allpresentable and serviceable inside and out. Plus, combinations of well done restoration and good originaloperable components; or a partially restored car with all excellent quality original and/or valuable NOS partsrequired to complete it.

#3......Very good

A driveable vehicle needing no, or only minor, work to be functional. Also, a deteriorated restoration or a verypoor amateur restoration. All components may need restoration to be excellent but the vehicle is mostlyuseable "as is". This is a driver and/or may be in the process of restoration.

#4......Good

Needs complete restoration of body, chassis and interior. May or may not be running, but isn't weathered,wrecked and/or stripped to the point of being useful only for parts. This car needs everything. It may or maynot be operable, but it is essentially all there and hos only minor surface rust, if any rust at all.

#5......Fair - (Restorable)

May or may not be running, but is weathered, wrecked, and/or stripped to the point of being useful primarily forparts. This is an in complete or greatly deteriorated, perhaps rusty, vehicle that has value only as a partsdonor for other restoration projects
