Roles and Responsibilities:

Creating Orders in SIEBEL and checking the flow to BRM(Billing and Revenue management) through the BPEL process in EM console. Monitoring and Troubleshooting the issues faced in integration testing by checking the status of resources configured in AIA Weblogic Server(JCA Adapaters, DB adapters,JMS resources) and XREF mapping. Creating resources in UIM 7.2(Unified Inventory Management) for mobile devices. Updating the document for UIM 7.2 screens. Resources Includes : Leg ID Creation Physical Devices Installing and Configuring Pega Server 6.3 for development and testing of Pega mobile 3.1 software and documenting the installation steps. Executing the DB scripts in backend database for PEGA Database. Tracking the Oracle Service requests status and follow up with Oracle support team.

Three months experience in SOA. Performing Migrations and validations in SOA10g,SOA11g,OSB Doing XREF Job: Purpose of xref job is to load the missing data from the staging table. Troubleshooting the order flow like orders not reaching SOA. We check the status of the orders in BPEL console and at the backend database. Applying the required Oracle recommended patches in the environments. Allocating the heap size values and configuring the sub systems(JMS, JDBC,JCA Adapters, DB adapters) for
new environment in SOA10g and SOA11g. Bouncing the SOA10g, SOA11g servers after the Migration if required.

My involvement includes configuring the application modules inside the webserver and making them to work at the client side. Deploying the application modules in the particular managed servers and allocating the heap size values for the managed servers.
Responsibilities:
My role is to manage WLS instances and investigate production issues.
Control and maintain the servers. Allocating heap size values for managed servers in Weblogic Server. Investigating on the issues and fixing them. Monitoring and maintain Connection pools. Fine tuning the servers and performance monitor. Configuring the application log files generated in the Linux server and making them available in the network common path for troubleshooting purpose. Troubleshooting production issues. Investigating on the issues and fixing them.
