A. Engineer (Electrical – Liaison) in M/s Inox Wind Infrastructure Services Ltd., Jaipur (June 2015 to now)

Brief about Company: Company is a part of $2 Billion Inox Group and is engaged in Manufacturing of wind turbine equipments and development of Wind Power Projects from concept to commissioning. The company currently has an installed capacity of about 550 MW in Rajasthan and more than 800 MW Projects are at very advanced stage.

Reporting to: AGM (Project Development)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Liaison with RRECL (Nodal Agency) for various project approvals, PPA forwarding, Power Evacuation approval, land allotment recommendation and other wind policy related matters.

Liaison with RVPNL (STU) for various permissions including Grid Connectivity, power evacuation, PPA signing, WBA & WA signing, Bay allotment, Meter testing, nomination for witnessing committee etc.

Liaison with RUVNL for submission of invoices of Wind Projects, signing of PPA, Committee constitution for project commissioning, Nomination for witnessing committee,

Liaison with RVPNL Accounts for payment of wind farm, deposition of various project fees & security funds etc. Liaison with CEIG for permission to charge Wind Generators and associated equipments incuding transformers and

transmission lines. Liaison with SLDC for issuance of Renewable Energy Certificates of Wind Projects, submission of energy forecasting

of Captive power plants etc. Keeping track of the latest policy related notifications from RERC, CERC, MNRE including tariff matters, State RPO

capacity, various Fees amendment, policy amendment for FIT mode, REC mode, Captive mode etc. Keeping track of the latest developments in the wind sector in the country.

Coordination with Project team present at site. Collecting data and work with other departments, such as Projects, Finance and O&M. Supervision of Commissioning of USS and lines along with the Government officials. Site visit and survey for planning and monitoring of the project. submission (Online & Offline). Documentation for Signing of Contract Agreement, Project Budget preparation, Detailed engineering, various equipments sizing calculations including conductor, cable, transformer, switchgear

etc. Negotiation with vendors for prices and various terms, releasing purchase orders, technical approvals from client,

manufacturing clearances, inspection scheduling, material procurement at site. Liaison with RVUNL, Discom for project related various technical queries and payment follow-up. Preparation and submission of bills to client, follow-up with client for payment of bills. Preparation of cash flow chart, coordination with finance team for proper project accounting, requisition of
