Planning and development of New Concepts of given components. Recommendations for design improvements. Project review of cross functional team.

Major Projects Handled:

Project 1: Worked on Front bumper of passenger car.Client: OEM (RENAULT), France.Software:-CATIA V5 R20Brief Project Profile: The input was complete Bumper in IGS format.Role: A) Feasibility study for generation of the part. B) Convert it into parametric model. C). D) Design for the mounting brackets. Duration:-3 month.

Project 2: Worked on Rear bumper of passenger vehicle.Client: OEM (RENAULT), France.Software:-CATIA V5 R19Brief Project Profile: The input was complete bumper in IGS format with missing mounting.: A) Feasibility study for the given part B) Convert it into parametric model. C) Make the different proposal for mtg bracket. D) Design as per tooling and other manufacturing tools for the mounting brackets.Duration:-3 month.

Project 3: Worked on Retainer brackets.Client: OEM (General Motors), INDIA.Software:-CATIA V5 R19Brief Project Profile: The input was in IGS format.: A) Feasibility study. B) Convert it into parametric model. C) Design the complete part for manufacturing with mtg bracket.Duration:-3month.
