The Staffing (Manpower Outsourcing) project requires deployment of employees in the category as per Client requirement. The deputed employees will further be termed as “Associates” by Sankhyana All the Associates will be recruited by Sankhyana and deputed at the Client premises at locations viz : The Educational Qualification & Job Experience will be: as per the client requirement The JD will be shared by Client Salary of these Associates will be as per the client.

1. Attendance Collection – 21st of each month for the current month

2. Inputs will be freeze on 22nd post that 100% attendance shall be considered

3. Bill/ Invoice – 23rd of each month for the current month

4. Payment by Client – Last working day of each month for the current month

5. Salary disbursement by Sankhyana– 2nd working day of next month for the previous month

6. Pay slips will be generated online & uploaded

7. Monthly Tax computation, generation of Form16

8. Statutory deposits & Chillan's generations will be completed by 22nd & submitted to Client with the next month’s Bill/ Invoice.

ATTENDENCE/ BILLING CYCLE, MONTHLY PAYROLL PROCESSING & ALLIED ACTIVITIES.

Monthly Contracting Charges 11% of Monthly CTC

Reimbursement Charges 3% on all reimbursements (if Applicable)

Recruitment Fee Rs. 3000/- per candidates recruited with 3 months free replacement

Absorption/ Transfer Fee 8.33% on Annual CTC per transferred/ absorbed Associate

Insurance Charges Accident Insurance (death benefit Rs. 100000) @Rs.30.00 per Associate per month to be borne by Client (If Applicable)

Mediclaim Rs. 1,00,000/- Coverage. Will be Provided by Genius on reimbursement of premium by Client. Premium amount will be Rs. 100/- per associate per month. (If Applicable)

Compliance Charges Fees for Labour Welfare Fund & Labour License will be as per Govt. norms

BonusGratuity

Monthly CTC will imply salary, statutes, etc that will form part of the regular CTC. Reimbursements may include bonus, incentives, TA, DA, cell phone bill, tour expenses etc. Recruitment Invoice to be raised on DOJ of the Associate and Payment to be done within 15 days of bill date Absorption/ transfer clause is applicable if Associates sourced by Genius is absorbed to the payroll of Client, its Sister concerns’ or any other vendor’s payroll. An Associate may be absorbed only after a continuous deputation tenure of one (01) year in Genius payroll. The fee is also applicable is the Associate resign earlier and is absorbed within one (01) year of his/ her resignation from service. The same will be paid within 15 days of bill date All the above charges are exclusive of Service Tax. These rates are valid for one month from the date of proposal and is subject to change without prior notification TDS for service bills will be deducted under Sec.194C and for recruitment bills, will be deducted under Sec.194J. If TDS exemption is obtained then it is to be deducted at the exempted rate. Processing fee of 4% applicable on cost of mediclaim, Accident Insurance, ID Card, etc
