Title: Semi-Automated Tapioca Harvester with three nodes plucking and controlling
Description: Semi Automated Tapioca Harvesting is used to uprooting the tapioca plant. The
project is based on harvesting the plant with the help of hydraulic systems. The harvester consists
of the harvester module(ARM),double acting cylinders,3 phase ac motor, pressure sensor,
proximity sensor, reservoir and hand operated hydraulic switches. The end effectors (gripper)
arrangement has our fingers which are used to hold the tapioca plant firmly for uprooting.
DIPLOMA:
Title: Eye Ball Operated Pick and Place Robot
Description: The eye ball operated picks and place robot used for paralyzed patients. Which is
used to get the things without any human beings help that means it can controls the feedback of
eyeball blinking. This pick and place robot consist of four different DC motors control and six
continuous actions. It’s like an up, down, left, right and finally gripper actions (Pick & Place)
these six actions continuing with the help of eye ball sensor. The gripper can be used to a
purpose of get things.
IN-PLANT TRAINING:
Under went to training in IND-BHARAT POWERGEN COM LTD, 3 x 63 MW
Tuticorin, Tamilnadu.
The main generating equipment consists of three steam turbine generator sets and three
CFBC boilers manufactured by Hangzhou Steam Turbine Company Limited and Hangzhou
Boiler Group Company Limited, respectively. Each turbine generator set is capable of producing
power up to 63 MW. The use of newer CFBC technology allows burning a wider range of fuel
types. CFBC technology is considered to be more environmentally friendly compared to other
conventional technologies and is also comparatively economical to maintain. IBPIL is also
equipped with air-cooled condensers which result in efficient water usage.
