Guidelines for online Admission procedures for Undergraduate and Diploma Programmes

2020-21:

All students desirous of seeking admission to any of the Diploma, Under Graduate programmes offered by the

Colleges/Institutes affiliated to the University are required to apply online through University website

www.spuvvn.edu/students_corner/admissions using the Steps given below

The step by step procedure for f i l l ing Online Application Form:

1. Keep ready on hand student’s Mobile Number, Email ID and recent passport size scanned photograph of

150 KB in jpg Format.

2. Go to www.spuvvn.edu/students_corner/admissions

3. Click “Online Application Form for Under Graduate (UG) Admission-2020-21” on the webpage or type

https://ugadm.spuportal.in on the browser window :

4. Click on “Apply Now” and select the appropriate “Faculty” and “Programme” as per the information

provided in Table 2. Click on “Register” button to register on Under Graduate programme.

5. Provide your “Personal details”.

a. If you have completed your 12th

standard form Gujarat Madyamik Sikshan Board then select

“Yes”. If you are not a student of Gujarat Madhyamik Sikshan Board select “No”.

b. If you have completed your 12th

standard from the school belonging to Anand or Kheda District,

Choose “Anand” or “Kheda” District. If you have completed your 12th

standard from the school

belonging to other than Anand and Kheda district select “Other”

c. Complete the other details mentioned in the form.

d. From “Choose File” select your photograph and “Upload”.

Click on “Save & Proceed” to complete your registration process. You will see the following screen.

6. The Application No. and Password will be sent to the applicant's Mobile Number and e-mail ID, using

which he/she can access in order to continue further with the procedure. (Note: Having completed the

Registration, the applicant is advised to change the Password using the “Change Password” option.)

7. Click on “Back to login Page” to return to the main page, wi t h t he “Application No”. and

“Password” you can login to your account. Click on “Sign In”.

8. Click “Edit Application” and complete the sections on “Personal Details”, “Criteria Details”, “Postal

Details”, “Academic Details” and “Attachment Details”.

9. Complete the “Personal Details” and click on “Save and Proceed”

10. Complete the “Criteria Details” and click on “Save and Proceed”

11. Complete the “Postal Details” and click on “Save and Proceed"

13. Tick appropriate “Attachment Details” and click on “Save and Exit”, student will be diverted to the Main

Page. Students who have cleared 12th Examination in GSEB(Gujarat Board)March-2020 are not required to

attach any documents while filling online application form. Students who have cleared 12th Examination

before March-2020 are required to upload 12th Marksheet only.

14. Then click on “Choice Filling Form” to select the option of the college of his choice. Select all the colleges

and rank according to your choice. Then click on the “Save” button.

15. Read the Declaration and the relevant information (Undertaking) and click “I Agree”. Then click the

“Submit Application Form” button. No request for modification of the Application Form will be

entertained thereafter. After submitting application form if student finds any correction, he/she has to

contact university approved help centre for necessary corrections.

16. Go to online “Payment Process” for fees of processing of application for admission and make the

Payment. (Payment shall be done through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking only).

17. After the payment of fees, take a print-out of the Application Form.

18. After the payment of fees, click on “Online Receipt” to get the fees payment receipt.

19. Click the “Log Out” button.(Kindly allow the POP UP window to get the Printout of Application Form)

જઈિે િીચે જણાવેલ સચૂિાઓ અનસુાર નવધાથીએ ઓિલાઈિ પ્રવેશ ફોમમ ભરવાનુ ંરિશેે.

1. આપનુ ં E-mail ID, મોબાઈલ િબંર તથા પોતાિો િાલિો ૧૫૦ kb jpg ફોમેટમા ં પાસપોટમ સાઇઝિો તકેિ

કરાવેલ ફોટોગ્રાફ તૈયાર રાખો. 2. યનુિવનસિટી વેબસાઈટ www.spuvvn.edu/students_corner/admissions ઓપિ કરો. 3. “Online Application Form for Under Graduate (UG) Admission-2020-21” લીંક ઉપર ક્લીક કરો.

4. “Apply Now” ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરો. નવદ્યાથીએ જે અભ્યાશક્રમમા ંપ્રવેશ મેળવવો િોય તેિી “Faculty” તથા “Programme” માહિતી પસુ્તતકા મા ંદશામવેલ ટેબલ - ૨ મજુબ પસદં કરો. ત્યારબાદ “I Agree” બટિ

ઉપર ક્લીક કરો.

5. પોતાિી “Personal Details” પરૂી પાડો. જો તમે ગજુરાત માધ્યનમક નશક્ષણ બોડમમાથંી ૧૨મ ુ ધોરણ પાસ કરેલ િોય તો “Are you from

GSHSEB” મા ં “Yes” ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરો અથવાતો જો તમે ગજુરાત માધ્યનમક નશક્ષણ બોડમમાથંી નસવાયિા અન્સય બોડમ માથંી ૧૨મ ુધોરણ પાસ કરેલ િોય તો “No” પસદં કરો.

જો તમે આણદં અથવા ખેડા જીલ્લાિી શાળા માથંી ૧૨ મ ુધોરણ પાસ કરેલ િોય તો “Anand” અથવા “Kheda” જીલ્લા ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરો. જો તમે આણદં અથવા ખેડા જીલ્લા નસવાયિી શાળા માથંી ૧૨ મ ુધોરણ પાસ કરેલ િોય તો “Other” ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરો.

ફોમમમા ંદશામવેલ અન્સય નવગતો પણૂમ કરો. પોતાિો ફોટોગ્રાફ “Choose file” મા ં જઇિે નસલેક્ટ કયામબાદ “Upload” ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરી ફોટો

અપલોડ કરવાિો ભલૂશો િહિ.

ત્યારબાદ “Save & Proceed” બટિ ઉપર ક્લીક કરો જેિાથી આપનુ ંરજીતરેશિનુ ંકામ પણૂમ થાય.

6. રજીતરેશિ પણૂમ થયા બાદ નવદ્યાથીિા મોબાઈલ તથા ઇમેલ ઉપર “Application Number” તથા “Password”

મોકલવા મા ંઆવશે. નવદ્યાથીએ તેિો “Password” કોઈિે પણ જણાવવાિો િથી તથા તેિે ગપુ્ત રાખવાિો છે.

7. “Application Number” તથા “Password” મેળવ્યા બાદ નવદ્યાથીએ Main Page ઉપર પાછા આવી “Application Number” તથા “Password” ભયામ બાદ “Sign In” ઉપર ક્લીક કરવુ.ં

8. “Edit Application” ઉપર ક્લીક કરી “Personal Details”, “Criteria Details”, “Postal Details”, “Academic

Details” તથા “Attachment Details” ભરવાિી રિશેે.

9. “Personal Details” ભયામ બાદ “Save & Proceed” ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરવુ.ં

10. “Criteria Details” ભયામ બાદ “Save & Proceed” ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરવુ.ં

12. “Academic Details” ભયામ બાદ “Save & Proceed” ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરવુ.ં

13. “Attachment Details” ભયામ બાદ “Save & Exit” ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરવાથી Main Page ઉપર નવદ્યાથી પાછો આવશે. નવદ્યાથીએ “Attachment Details” મા ં ટીક કરેલ તમામ દતતાલેજોમા ં ફક્ત ધોરણ ૧૨િી પરીક્ષામા ંમાચમ ૨૦૨૦ પિલેા પાસ થયેલ નવદ્યાથીઓએ ફક્ત ધોરણ ૧૨િી માકમસીટ ફરજીયાત અપલોડ કરવી જ્યારે માચમ ૨૦૨૦ મા ંગજુરાત બોડમ માથંી પાસ થયેલ નવદ્યાથીઓએ કોઈ પણ દતતાવેજ અપલોડ કરવાિા િથી.

14. ત્યારબાદ નવદ્યાથી દ્વારા પોતાિી પ્રવેશ લાયકાત મજુબ પોતાિી પસદંગીિી કોલેજોિા નવકલ્પ પસદં કરવા માટે “Choice Filling Form” ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરો. તમામ કોલેજો નસલેક્ટ કરો તથા પસદંગી મજુબિો રેન્સક આપિો. ત્યારબાદ “Save” બટિ ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરો.

15. ત્યાર બાદ “Submit Application Form” ઉપર ક્લીક કરતા નવદ્યાથી દ્વારા જરૂરી બાિધેરી પત્રક વાચં્યા બાદ

“I Agree” ઉપર ક્લીક કરવુ.ં ત્યારબાદ “Submit” ઉપર ક્લીક કરતા પ્રવેશ ફોમમ જમા થઇ જશે. એક વાર

પ્રવેશ ફોમમ જમા થઇ ગયા બાદ નવદ્યાથી તેમા ંકોઈ પણ સધુારો કરીશકશે િહિ. ફોમમ જમા થઇ ગયા બાદ

નવદ્યાથીિે તેમા ં કોઈ સધુારો માલમુ પડેતો તેણે યનુિવનસિટી માન્સય િલે્પ સેન્સટર ઉપર જઈિે જરૂરી સધુારા કરાવવાિા રિશેે.

16. નવદ્યાથીએ ત્યારબાદ “Payment Process” ઉપર જઇિે પ્રવેશ ફોમમ પ્રોસેસીંગ ફી કે્રડીટ કાડમ, ડેબબટ કાડમ કે િેટ

બન્સકીંગથી ભરવાિી રિશેે.

17. ઓિલાઈિ ફી જમા થઇ ગયા બાદ નવદ્યાથીએ ભરેલ પ્રવેશ ફોમમિી નપ્રન્સટ લેવાિી રિશેે.

18. ઓિલાઈિ ફી જમા થઇ ગયા બાદ નવદ્યાથીએ “Online Receipt” ઉપર ક્ક્લક કરી તેિી નપ્રન્સટ લેવાિી રિશેે

19. પે્રવેશ ફોમમિી નપ્રન્સટ લીધાબાદ “Log Out” બટિ ઉપર ક્લીક કરી લોગ આઉટ થવાનુ ં રિશેે. ઈન્સટરિેટ બ્રાઉઝર િા સેહટિંગમા ંજઈિે POP UP િે એલાઉ કરવુ ંજેથી પ્રવેશ ફોમમિી નપ્રન્સટ લઇ શકાય.
