    To connect farmers directly with customer's with the innovative methods.

    Rationale of undertaking the project

    To connect farmers directly to consumer through innovative ways and sell the produce directly to

    retailers, restaurants and societies.

    Project Review

    Objective

    My work at sattva shaak is to:

    do business development for the company to build brand image for the company to do market research for the consumer supply chain management buying and merchandising mobile retailing

    My work is to do all the above activities for sattva shaak in an effective manner and help the

    company to earn more revenue.

    Research Methodology

    This has to be done by tapping clients and giving them complete information about the products

    of Sattva Shaak Agro Product Enterprises. My task involves tapping residential societies,

    restaurants and hospitals for business development, building a strong brand image of the

    company in the market, taking part in supply chain activities, keep a check on buying and

    merchandising and mobile retailing so that orders can easily be pushed on vendors mobile and

    consumer can easily get fresh fruits and vegetables.

    Analysis of Product Information

    Interaction with clientsFor the selling of products of sattva shaak, interaction with clients is an important part ofmy work, full information about the products is given to the clients so that they can avail

    the service.

    Product trainingProduct training is given so that we can have the complete information about the products

    as it is very important to know the insights of the product which will play a vital role for

    selling the product.

    Supply chain managementIn Supply chain management we have to check the movement and storage of raw materialwork-in-process inventory, goods from point of origin to point of consumption so that

    goods can be reached to the end consumer on time.

    Interaction with mentorA day to day interaction with the mentor helps follow the path in organized manner and

    helps in converting a deal into the success.

    Buying and merchandisingIn buying we have to go to Mandi everyday and talk to the wholesalers and farmers

    about fruits and vegetables and buy them

    In merchandising we gave free collaterals to our valuable customers as gifts and free

    samples

    Mobile RetailingMobile phones are been distributed to the vendor so that client can place the order on the

    mobile phone and can avail the benefits.

    Store visitVisited some stores like Sabka Bazaar, Relience Fresh etc. to see their workings.

    Learning

    A lot of learning is been gathered from market apart from applying the theoretical knowledge.

    Also, to learn from every aspect of management including various policies from different

    divisions like Manufacturing, HR, etc. it helps me in gaining the knowledge about the market.

    Limitations

    Very difficult to convince the clients The price of the product changes every day. It is still an unorganized market.

    Future growth

    At present we are working on business development but in future we are in a phase of launching

    an online portal for the company.

    Conclusion

    A good amount of exposure to the practical world has helped to gather information in the projectso far. Further, working in a great, disciplined learning environment with good mentors from

    Industry & College proves beneficial to the growth involved in learning.

    SATTVA GOLDWe termed our premium product as a name of sattva gold in which we includes all exotic

    vegetables . All these vegetables grow under green house and shade net technology whichprovides us better quality of vegetables.

    SATTVA SILVERWe termed our normal range product as a name of sattva silver in which we includes all

    ordinary vegetables. These vegetables grow with hi tech technology or in normal field with

    maximum use of Bio- fertilizers.

    SATTVA SMILEWe termed our flower products as a name of sattva smile in which we includes few variety offlowers like Gerbera,

    Carnation, Dutch rose etc.

    Uniqueness

    Procured directly at farm-gate and packed in CA film bags to conserve freshness. Fresh produce, packed in CA film, will continue to stay fresh for a much longer

    time.

    We can have consistent price method for a limited time period. Our Prices will be low as their will be no middle man. Not just FRESH but SAFE and FRESH - Soon, the farmers shall be aggregated

    under GAP-certified grower groups.

    Commitments

    Vegetables shall be procured directly from farmer and not from a Mandi. Farmers shall be paid for the complete weight of the produce purchased from them. Farmers shall receive a receipt for selling the produce to Sattva Shaak. Besides other

    details, the receipt will mention the quantity and value of the purchased produce.

    All taxes levied on the produce shall be clearly mentioned in the Invoice and shall bepaid to the relevant authorities.

    A copy of monthly statement ofAPMC payment shall be submitted to the client.

    3 times the normal shelf life of that item)

Every Morning you will get Fresh produce without Delay Quality team can reject Produce if they dont find quality as per norms We can provide Branded Vegetables in packed or cut form. We are specialized in making cut vegetables or ready to cook vegetables .

    Client base

    1.Retail Chain - We produce vegetables on very large scale using high tech cultivation methodswith very high productivity per day. So we are targeting different retail chains like food bazaar,

    more, reliance fresh, etc so that we can supply products on regular basis with high volume .

    2.Mom & Pop Store - These stores are very important part of Indian market because maximum

    percentage of the Indians buys things from the nearby store. So for them we have direct supply

    from farmers.

    3. HORECA - hotel restaurant cafe - We are able to fulfill exclusive demand of HORECA like

    all exotic vegetables at any given point of time. Our large product portfolio make clients happy

    and satisfied.

    4. Residential Institutions - Due to increase in number of residential schools, there is high

    demand for hygienic and healthy vegetables. Sattva shaak provides uncomparable vegetable

    products in terms of quality. We can supply year round with the help of our supply system which

    make us different.

    5.Vendors/ Caterers - We accept orders from various vendor and caters. we are capable enough

    for fulfilling all demand of our clients
