I was responsible to check and verify all the Investment Applications and documents submitted by the Off-Shore Customers in request to purchase or re-purchase Investments through HSBC are genuine. Ensured all the information provided by clients is updated correctly in the database as per new applications. Processed payments promptly and accurately as per the client's request. As Process Trainer trained new joiners in all the process related Business Queues.
