la- 1456] ubZ fnYyh] lkseokj] vçSy 16] 2018@pS=k 26] 1940 No. 1456] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, APRIL 16, 2018/CHAITRA 26, 1940 नवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊजा मं�ालय नवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊजा मं�ालय नवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊजा मं�ालय नवीन और नवीकरणीय ऊजा मं�ालय अिधसूचना अिधसूचना अिधसूचना अिधसूचना नई �द� ली, 16 अैल, 2018 का.आ.का.आ.का.आ.का.आ. 1602(1602(1602(1602(अअअअ))))....————यत: क� � सरकार �ारा �दनांक 5 िसतंबर, 2017 के का.आ. 2920 (अ) के मा' यम से ''सौर काशवो� टीय, णािलयां उपकरण और संघटक माल (अिनवाय2 पंजीकरण हतेु आव6 यकताएं) आदशे जारी �कया था जो 5 िसतंबर, 2018 से लागू �कया गया था और यत:, भारतीय मानक ; यूरो (बीआईएस) सिहत िविभ= न िहतधारक? के साथ चचा2 करने के बाद, उA त आदशे के लागू �कए जाने कB तारीख संलD न अनुसूची म� E येक उE पाद के सामन े�कए गए उ� लेख के अनुसार उ= नत रहगेी। 2. यत:, संलD न अनुसचूी म� उि� लिखत उE पाद? के परीFण के िलए, िलए जाने वाले समय पर िवचार करते Gए एसपीवी मॉIूल के मामले म� िविनमा2ता परीFण को पूरा �कए जाने कB संभािवत तारीख के साथ योगशालाJ को ितदशK (नमून?) के माण सिहत यह L व-माणन L तुत कर सकते हM �क उनके उE पाद संबंिधत भारतीय मानक? अथवा उनके आईईसी ितL थािनय? NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th April 2018

S.O. 1602(E).—Whereas the Central Government had issued “Solar Photovoltaics, Systems, Devices and

Components Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2017“ vide S.O 2920 (E) dated 5 September

2017 with the date of coming into force with effect from 5th

September 2018. And whereas, having discussions with the

various stakeholders including the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), the date of coming into force of the said Order

stands advanced as indicated against each product in the Schedule Annexed.

2. Whereas, considering the time taken for testing of the products mentioned in the Schedule annexed, the

manufacturers in the case of SPV Module may submit a self-certification that their products conform to the relevant

Indian Standards or their IEC counterparts (including subsequent Standards, if any) along with proof of submission of

samples to the laboratories with the expected date of completion of testing. Such relaxation shall be applicable till

30th

June 2018.

Provided that submission of samples would not be necessary along with self-certification under Clause 2 above in case

the material for which self-certification is being done has been already IEC certified. In such a case , it would be

sufficient for the self certification to be accompanied by the IEC certificate and test reports

Provided further that in case of imported material for which self-certification is being given as per Clause 2 above, the

self-certification may be given either by the manufacturer or the importer.
