JUICE IS WARMED IN SETTLING TANKS.

DECANTED.

*MADE ALKALINE WITH CALCIUM HYDROXIDE.*THE IMPURITIES GET PRECIPITATED.*LIQUID IS STEAMED TO COAGULATE PROTIEN MATTER

& ALLOWED TO SETTLE.

* CLEAR JUICE IS CONCENTRATED IN TO A SYRUP BY EVAPORATION UNDER REDUCED PRESSURE.* SYRUP IS COOLED & CRYSTALLISED.

DECOLOURISED.

SUGAR PROCESSED.

BROWN SUGAR – A DRUG.
