ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS: 1. Company registered with BBMP organization is eligible to applied. 2. Any reputed individual / Company registered with BBMP/ CPWD / KPWD/ Railways / MES/ are any state GOVT

organization are eligible to applied. 3. The Tender Notification along with Blank Tender Form will be accessible in the website of GOK e- Procurement

Platform (http://eproc.karnataka.gov.in) website. 4. The maintenance of period in case of Chip carpeting & Asphalting works is 2 years and 1 year for civil works from

the date of final bill/or after the expiry of maintenance period whichever is later.

5. EMD & SD will be refunded only after 2 years for chip carpeting and Asphalt and 1 year for civil works after

inspection from competent authority.

6. For Asphalting works, like Pothole filling, chip carpeting, B.M & B.C etc., those who own / lease their hot mix plant

& mechanical paver only need apply. Such of those tenderer will have to furnish the list of machinery equipment

along with the copy of the Registration certificate at the time of scanning of tender documents.

7. Frequency of the quality tests of all the materials and other tests have to be conducted by contractor as per MORT &

H (IV Revision), IRC guidelines & other relevant Indian standards in his laboratory or any other Laboratory assigned

by the BBMP on his own cost in presence of Engineer/ consultants appointed by BBMP.

8. As per Govt. Order No.LD 300/LET/2006, Dated: 18.07.2007, 1% of the bill amount will be deducted and remitted

to Karnataka State Building & Other Construction Employees Welfare Board.

9. The Tenderers are advised to note the minimum qualification criteria specified in clause 3 of the Instructions to

Tenderers to qualify for award of the contract (Standard Tender Document – KW-1/2).

10. Any Corrigendum / Modification will be notified in the Notice Board of the Undersigned.

11. The BBMP reserves the right to accept/reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons what so ever.

12. If the contractor intended to quote less than the estimated cost the contractor shall put an DD / Pay Order for the

tender difference amount quoted drawn in favour of Commissioner, BBMP A/c Executive Engineer, Shivajinagar

Division, BBMP, Bangalore payable at Bangalore from nationalized / scheduled bank. The Tender Difference

Amount DD should be produced in a date as specified in calendar of events at the office of the Shivajinagar. If the

contractor fails to produce the Tender Difference Amount his tender will be disqualified. The DD for difference

amount shall not be accepted after completion of the specified time.

13. The DD for Tender difference Amount may also be scanned and up loaded to e-Procurement Platform if possible

before final date and time of closing to up load the details.

14. Within 20 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a

Security Deposit in form of DD drawn in favour of Commissioner, BBMP A/c Executive Engineer, Shivajinagar

Division, BBMP, Bangalore payable at Bangalore from nationalized / scheduled bank for an amount equivalent to

5% of the Contract price. Otherwise Action will be taken to get the Work executed through Alternate Agency at the

risk and cost of the Former Tenderer.

15. No joint venture/ Consortium is permissible.

16. The tenderes shall have activated in atleast 2 financial years a minimum of turnover not less than the two times the

amount put to tender.

17. Work completion certificate for having completed at least one work similar nature of value not less than the

estimated value of contract certified from the competent Authority not below the rank of the Executive Engineer

shall be uploaded. The work completion certificate shall mentioned the nature of work item of work executed and

the date of commencement and date of completion of the work.

18. The tenderes shall upload the valid and present certificate copies of PAN , VAT NO, Service Tax Registration

Number, Contractor registration Passbook for technical bid qualification eligibility.

19. Black listed contractors / in GOVT/ QUASI GOVT/ Boards / BBMP etc are not eligible to Quote if found such

tenderes will be rejected.

20. The material shall be got approved by the undersigned before execute the work.

21. Certified copies of the documents shall be enclosed along with the tender falling which the tender will be rejected.

All participants should produce all the original documents for verification when even necessary.

22. The taxes and Cesses will be deducted ad per the Governing norms and certificate will be issued in contractor form

very running bill / final bills of the contractor.

23. The rates quoted in the schedule shall be inclusive of all taxes applicable.

24. The tender will be remained valid for 90 days from the date of opening of Tender.

25. The work shall be commenced all men and missionary with in seven days from the date of work order falling which

it would be resumed that the successful tenderer is not interested in the work and the action will be taken to get the

work executed through alternate agency at the risk and cost of the former tenderer.

26. Further details of the work can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Shivajinagar Division, Queens

road, Thimmaiah Road, Bangalore-52. On all working days during office hours.

27. Conditional tender will not be accepted.

28. VAT registration certificate, ISO registred certificate for the company and manufacturing of equipments.
