� Production of Anti Tetanus Serum in Sheep
� Titration and Purification of Indigenously Produced Anti Tetanus Serum
� Enzymatic Digestion of Immunoglobulins and Production of Fab Fragments
� Protein Content Estimation and SDS-PAGE Analysis
� In Vivo Tetanus Toxin Neutralization Test
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
I have a good experience of applied research and disease diagnosis.
Molecular Biology Technique
� Standardization and application of PCR, RT-PCR, Nested PCR, Real-Time PCR, SDS-PAGE,
Western Blotting, Southern Blotting and Northern Blotting.
Immunofluorescence technique
� Fluorescent Antibody Test (FAT) for identification of virus and bacteria using monoclonal
and group specific antibodies.
Bacteriological Technique
� Isolation, Identification and Quantification of different type of bacteria
Serological Technique
� Identification and titration of virus/serum by Haemagglutination and Haemagglutination
Inhibition (HI) test.
