    MANGO INC.

    Mango, stylized MANGO, is a clothing design and manufacturing

    company, founded in Barcelona , Spain in 1984 .Having crossed justdecades in competitive garment world but it has spread its collections

    all across the world.

    Its goal is "to be present in every city" in the world, transforming itself

    to become one of the stylish and exotic garments products to be used

    in everyday dressing sense .

    Its first website was created in 1995 and, five years later, in the year

    2000, it opened its first online store.

    Mangos own-label designs are specially created for urban women

    between the ages of 18 and 35, who like dressing according to the

    latest trends at a reasonable price, with a good quality quotient.

    Mango customers are Shopaholic. The women are elegant

    sophisticated, nightclub goers, young socialites, independent,

    educated and open-minded women. The customers usually shop once

    a month. The girl and women who wear mango make it a fashion

    statement

    PERSONNEL ON STORES

    There are 18 well qualified personnel for maintaining behavioral etiquettes

    with customers, which includes staffs and managers to communicateproperly. Each of them have an understanding of fashionable

    clothing and skillfully assist the clients in making their selection.

    The store teams, made up of Store Managers, Assistant Managers,

    Assistant Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Cash Desk Managers, Sales

    Teams and Stockroom Assistants

    Sales Team is responsible for replacing sold items and for maintaining the

    image of the store.

    Store Manager recruit, train and develop their colleagues. They are also

    responsible for distributing and organising the tasks and positions of each

    team member.

    The task of the visual merchandisers is to display the collections in the

    store in accordance with commercial and aesthetic criteria, adopting the

    standards established by MANGO.

    The store has a glossy theme of black whiteand silver. It has strategically placedmannequins. The store is laid out in a suaveand comfortable manner with sufficient open

    space The two trial rooms, though not carrying the

    ambience of the store, are located at the farend of the store and are done up with four

    sided glass walls and a sit-down stool for easysitting and dressing comforts.

    The store has an approximately 1400 sq-ft ofcarpet area.

    STORE OPERATIONS

    Stores open at 11 am and closes at 11 pm under regularvisual inspections through cctv.

    Ground staff maintain cleaning and maintenance on dailybasis with equipped cleaning machines.

    Dispatching accessories through lost and found sectionsthrough vigilance.

    There are some more separate departments for handlingcustomers manually viz. Alterations, billing departments,vigil at trail rooms.

    MANGO accept exchanges and refunds of unworn andunwashed garments within 1 month of the date of purchase

    (15 days during the sales period) when presenting the tillreceipt, in any shop within the country of purchase.
