As a teenager I was always an admirer of all forms of art. Photography was one

of my favourites. I began my diploma course in photography in 2009, the second

year of my graduation as a B.E. in Computer engineering. I was however unable

to finish the course. I now want to be able to complete what I had started and

Godrej Loud made me realise how much I have missed it. I might not be able to

get the diploma again, but for me it’s all about acquiring the skills and that can

definitely be achieved.

Program structure:

Basic and Advanced weekend course at the Bharati Vidyapeeth School of

Photography, Pune.

I have chosen this course for two reasons:

1. It is in Pune city.

2. It is a weekend course.

3. Duration of the course : 8 days (5 hrs a day)

I will be able to manage the course completion well and give it my best without

hampering my studies or causing my college authorities any inconvenience.

Fees structure: 12,000 rupees (10.3 % service tax additional)

1. Course fee : 13236 rupees

2. Cost of camera : 73,000 rupees

(Nikon D7000 (with AF S 18 105mm VR Kit Lens) DSLR)

3. Tripod ( approx. cost) : 1,500 rupees
