Work with the Title Companies to ensure payoffs, subordinations and hazard insurance certificates are in the file and are accurate.

Confirm loan interest and principal payment and closing costs using applicable system applications.

Communicate with borrower, broker and other specified individuals to arrange time and date for closing.

Review and approve the Final HUD and prepare closing documents.

Assemble documents for delivery to Title Company, real estate broker or lending officer for closing.

Record loan information in system and compile closed loan forms for delivery to marketing department for sale to investors.
