-Supervise and review the processing of all Administrative Separation packages for 2dMarDiv Commanding General (CG) final action.-Track, review, and analyze all Navy Criminal Investigative Service Investigations.-Examine all Command Investigations, and prepare final endorsements for the 2d MarDiv CG-Train, supervise, and mentor 3 Legal Service Specialists.-Schedule all training requirements for Staff Judge Advocate (SJA) Office personnel.-Serve as the Secondary Control Point (SCP) Alternate Custodian for the 2d MarDiv SJA.-Responsible for preparing member selection panels for General Courts-Martial.-Ensure training is scheduled and conducted within the 2d MarDiv SJA as the Training NCO

-Assisted with preparing member's selection panel for 4 GCMs.-Reviewed and drafted documentation for 80 sensitive NCIS investigations and SPCMs.-Reviewed over 326 Marine Corps Enlisted Administrative Separation (MCEAS) packages.-Processed and prepared over 112 Command Investigations.-Trained, mentored, and guided junior Marine through an NCO of the quarter board,resulting in victory at both Company and Battalion levels, and subsequently thatMarine's meritorious promotion to Sergeant.-Trained the office's civilian contractor in his new duties, ensuring a seamless flow ofaccurate subordinate unit data.-Created an internal training tracker and ensured that all Marines were CY15 trainingcomplete.-Instructed II MEF and 2d MarDiv SJA Marines in water survival.-Consolidated the Quarterly Criminal Activity, Disciplinary Infractions and Courts-Martial for 2nd Quarter, FY 2016.
