Performing AUT (combination of TOFD & PA) for welds of division II pressure vessels. Performing AUT (combination of TOFD & Pulse Echo) for welds of division II pressure vessels. Performing phased array ultrasonic examination of pipe welds. Performing TOFD & phased array ultrasonic examination for in-service pressure vessels. Performing Phased Array ultrasonic examination for in-service pipes for corrosion monitoring. Performing Phased Array ultrasonic Examination for in-service pipe welds. Preparation of calibration set up for Phased Array equipment and TOFD equipment for each specific
job. Active involvement in procedure qualification by ASME Authorized Inspector. Maintaining the AUT data (soft copy) with calibration records and submission to the client on a daily
basis for interpretation and evaluation. Interpretation and evaluation of TOFD and Phased Array data as per ASME Code case 2235-9
Prepare, review and approve Non Destructive Examination (NDE) Procedures in order to confirm as per project specification and relevant International Standard
Organizing ASNT NDT Level I & II training program and qualifying NDE personnel in accordance with SNT-TC-1A.Inspection of welding, witnessing Welder’s Qualification test.
Carrying out the welding inspection before, during and after operation as per approved test plan, relevant engineering drawing, international standard and project specification
