1. The students of GTU affiliated colleges of all disciplines have to register on GTU tech-fest portal from 7th February 2018 onwards for participation. Students of any other colleges/university can also register to participate at any of the host institute for zonal level.

2. Students have to register and pay the registration fees Rs.50/- per event for the GTU techfest-2018 through mentioned from 7th February 2018:

3. Institutes are advised not to schedule any Exam/internal viva/presentation/events in the

preparation duration as well as actual Tech-Fest days in respective zone. Dates of events of each Host institute with their events based on sub domains will be published sooner.

4. List of events will be available on GTU Tech-fest web-site for all zonal host institutes. 5. For BE students, this Tech-Fest is an opportunity to earn the points as per our circular:

Institutes are required to motivate all their students for active participation in events

across domains through nearby Host Institute in particular zone.
