Working as Group leader on Vehicle Final Assembly line. Planning the daily manpower according to production schedule on LCV vehicle assembly
line. Ensuring the all material required for vehicle assembly is available on line and ensure
availability by communicating with stores. Line balancing according to production schedule and target for smooth movement of
work flow. Taking the immediate and permanent corrective actions on defects/wrong fitments
found at Quality gate with help of Assembly Drawings (Team Centre -Vis-Professional 9.1)
Recommend or implement measure to motivate employees and to improve production method, equipment performance, product quality and efficiency.
Responsible for Updating the problem solving reports for the major defects found in vehicle during inspections like PDI, Buy off, CPA.
Vehicle defect clearance at Buy off gate. Communicating the defects with operators to avoid same in future.
Responsible for Kaizen,5S, JH, Pokayoke implementation on line. Training the operators for Quality related documents like FMEA, one-point lesson,
Control Plan, Work instruction sheet, Process Sheet, Skill Matrix and new process or new product on assembly line.
Updating the HPC (Hourly Production Chart) and communicating the downtime with Production planning.
Ensure the quality of vehicles leaving the work station. Monitoring the safety of operators. Responsible for reducing and monitoring the daily supplier and process rejection of
material on line.
Educational Qualifications
SSC with 73% marks (2008), HSC with 53% marks (2010) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 82% marks (2013)

Kaizen 5S WCQ (World Class Quality) PLM (Team Centre-Vis-Professional 9.1) DDMS (Defect data management system in SAP) SPA PP and HR module.
