EXPERIENCE SYNOPSIS

Vendor Management -:

Responsibility to search/build a strong and good vendor in line with the requirement and freeze scope of work with the help of Sourcing.

Negotiate the Price under approved budget and finalize the vendor accordingly with the help of Sourcing, Try to extract as much savings as possible during the Negotiation

Ensure to get the vendor Purchase Order and Payment in agreed time frame. Responsible for Project Management on PAN India for all customers which are running with company. Handling and managing the ARP resources and vendors (Approved Resource Provider) on PAN India basis. Fixing of strong ARP vendors, who could support in managing the payroll of our outsourced employees. Governance Meeting with ARP vendors on monthly basis for operational issues. Managing & delivering services as per contractual KPIs Program management & Performance management of vendors. Listen and solve the issue, if any, between Vendor and Circle teams during the running of the entire project. Visit the Circles time to time to fix the issues and challenges in term of operations. To align meetings with other sub-departments and Teams to sort out the operational and vendor’s issues.

Project Management -: Program Management –: R&R, Assets Management Utilization of assets network elements, provided by Network. Weekly & Monthly review Presentation with Top Management for Ongoing Projects and Activity. Planning and scheduling to ensure completion of the project within the time and budgetary parameters and for

optimizing resource utilization. Interfacing with contractors and technical teams for managing the supply, installation, configuration, commissioning

and maintenance of various telecom infra equipment’s including Battery Bank, Power Plant, AC’s, DG’s etc. Conducting project meetings for reviewing project progress, meeting deadlines and TAT (Turnaround Time) without

compromising quality norms and adhering to SLA, to get the monthly review and war room set up to get the target for next month.

As per technical survey and client instructions, current site make ready for guest OPCO’s like power backup, required AGL, DG and PIU capacity etc. and accordingly provide the BOM and auto manager analysis report for the required sites from infra point of View.

Good operational knowledge of SAP (MUSP12) in term of Order booking of PO, Invoicing requests, GRN etc. Making out the cost and revenue reports from SAP as per management requirement. Prepare and analyze the Governance reports.

Supply Chain Management -:

Directing and managing all purchase and deliveries of material from vendor to customer warehouse to vendor payment it includes PO Ordering, Delivery schedule and tracking.

Monitoring the cost, quality, and efficiency of both the movement and storage of stock and goods Tracking deliveries and making sure the right stuff gets to the right place at right time. Import of telecom equipment for the project it includes Documentations, Tracking and delivery. Successfully handled the HSS (High Sea Sales) for Vodafone account, Punjab circle in which I was responsible for

Ordering of materials till delivery at sites which includes Material Ordering, BOQ checking in Verdi, Agreement signoff with customer, Make sure to deliver the agreement copy to DHL (3PP) for smooth release of materials from custom etc.

Monitoring of Vendors performance, conducting a governance meetings and follow up with vendors for schedule & status, work order, material dispatch and delivery etc.

Open case inspection of imported shipments, Invoicing, follow-ups of In-transit shipments Organizing Monthly Warehouse audit and stock reconciliation. Driving the preparation of MIS reports, Monthly Reports, and Logistics Reports Etc. for reviews by the top management.

ACHIEVEMENTS

A. Successful Completion of Due Diligence for RCOM (PAN India) :- RCOM MS is a strategic deal for Ericsson as the scope is very wide including entire Infra activity as well as transmission, transport and optical fiber.

Ericsson has taken over the Managed Services (MS) for RCOM from 1st of May; during the transition we have done the Due Diligence activity for 5% of overall sites. Have successfully leaded that activity for Utility domain on PAN India.

Seeing my performance for 1st phase I was selected for 2nd phase also for balance 95% sites. Had prepared the site audit plan for approx. 18000 sites and guided the field team and vendors to conclude the

activity within time frame and then after negotiated with customer to conclude the DD findings.

B. Launching 3G services in Delhi NCR for Bharti and Vodafone-: Have conducted the site surveys for 4000 sites in 2 month short time period only though field teams. Service proposal to service order acceptance from customer for all 3G sites in Phase-I (Near By 3500 Sites). Upgraded the Infra for 1000 cells sites as well as BSC/RAN locations also in 4 months of short period in

Delhi NCR and have provided the loading support to Active team for 3G installation at sites. End to end managed the project management for 3G installation.

C. Special Projects:- Successfully upgraded the infra items at Lutyian zones which is called as Red Zone area also. (Central Delhi- All

VIP’s/Ministers houses/Parliament and Embassies are there). Have successfully upgraded the infra materials at President house in a day time only.

Successfully driven the Indus Swapping project to achieve the better infra availability KPI.
