Duration Since Sep 2014 till present Role Sr. Project Control engineer (Team 6 members) Summary of experience Preparation / Compilation and issuance of Monthly Progress report. Regular updation of progress of various functions of a Project like Engineering, Detailed

engineering, Ordering, Manufacturing & Delivery, Construction Progress reports and driving the overall physical progress of Project.

Independently responsible for Material Tracking for Piping Bulk, Instrumentation Items, Electrical Items.

Regular follow up with Projects, C&P and Engineering for release and issuance of MRs so as to get the material on time and to generate sufficient work front to the working agency.

Preparation of executive summary of Construction activities and to find the factor affecting progress and bring to management notice through regular reporting.

Issuance of exception reports for material status. Regular updation of Material Status report and take corrective actions for the material

Identification of system wise / loop wise piping material shortage report and Preparation of Piping MTO based on latest P & IDs and ISOs. Ordering of Piping Bulk Material (Crash Purchase).

Identification of piping material for Shut Down work and arrange the same in Pre-shut down duration and identification of activities and sequencing activities to be taken up during pre-shut down.

Issuance of exception reports (fortnightly) for Unit wise equipment status. Developed and implemented Microsoft excel sheet for the total equipment status report at

site. Identification of critical equipments / long lead equipments from commissioning point of view and regular chase for the delivery of the same.

Responsible for generating Weekly exception reports for construction backlog against programmed progress.

Compilation of data for knowledge sharing and future use (like Productivity data from Civil and structural works, piping works and other electrical and instrumentation works).

Active participation in weekly and monthly review meetings between Client, EPCM & working agency and address the management about area of concern and providing action plan.

Fortnightly generating engineering hold up reports. Coordinating between head office and site for documentation and drawings issuance. Fortnightly generating shortage reports for Piping Bulk Material based MTO / Site

requirement after analyzing actual piping material requirement as per P&IDs isometrics, GA drawings, modification and to see possible substitutions and balance decision on procurement of material.

Independently responsible for making Presentations for Project Review Meetings and presenting status in front of Client, Consultant & Working agencies with areas of concern and action plans.

Independently responsible for presenting Project outlook to Ministry / Client after proper study of productivity data, balance works etc.

Preparing financial outlook of the project based on the present invoice and work trend for all the contractors.

Preparation of EVM reports. Preparation of exception reports like readiness of substations required for commissioning

and prioritizing the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical &Instrumentation works accordingly. Preparation and presenting commissioning schedule v/s construction status to

management. Testing and implementation of CPS (Construction Planning System – EIL in house tools)

through CITRIX at construction site. Testing and implementation of web based COSMAS (computerized online system for

material allocation at site – EIL in house tool for piping bulk material allocation) at construction site.
